Become aware of a point of light in the centre of your heart.
This point again may feel like a tiny diamond at the centre of this chakra.
With your breath,
Just feeling into that tiny diamond.
Know and feel that this tiny point of light in your heart is connected to the crystal angrid of the earth.
And with your breath,
You can invite up ethereal white light from the crystal angrid of the earth into your heart centre.
Increasing your grounding into the crystal angrid of the earth,
Into the very core of the earth,
Into the very heart of the earth.
Feel this pull down.
Opening your energy field into the crystal angrid of the earth.

These angels over-light every aspect of the mineral,
Plant and animal kingdoms.
