Welcome to this release meditation where we're going to be letting go of any stress,
Any tension that we've been holding on to and carrying around.
We're going to use the breath to help guide us and help us relax the body.
So let's just start with a nice relaxing breath into the body.
Just noticing how that breath is feeling coming in and out.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing calm into the chest,
Feeling the chest rising and falling.
Breathing calm into the belly,
Feeling the belly rising and falling.
Letting go of any stress or tension.
All the muscles are relaxing,
Letting go.
Nice breath in and out.
As we breathe in,
We're breathing in calm,
Slow energy.
And as we breathe out,
We're breathing out fast,
Tense energy.
So just finding that flow with the breath in and out of the body.
Breathing calm and relaxed and grounded.
When you feel ready,
You're going to bring into your mind's eye something you need to release and let go of.
Taking a moment to bring that in.
So what is this thing that you need to let go of?
What is this heavy energy that needs to leave your body?
Just noticing how that energy feels.
Dense and heavy.
With your breath,
You're going to start letting go,
Releasing this heavy,
Dense energy.
Breathing out,
Letting go of whatever has been holding on to you.
Breathe out the tension.
Breathe out the stress.
Let go.
Breathing in calm,
Relaxation,
Positive energy.
And breathing out tension,
Heavy,
Dense energy.
Just noticing this beautiful flow,
This release,
This letting go.
Feeling safe to let go.
Feeling comfortable letting go.
This thing that has had such a big hold on you doesn't have as much of a hold anymore.
A lot of the energy is releasing and leaving your body through the breath.
Breathing in that calm,
Collected,
Slow energy.
And breathing out any stress,
Any tension.
Giving it permission to leave.
So even as this meditation winds down,
You're going to give yourself a few extra minutes as you listen to the sounds.
Breathing in calm,
Positive,
Light energy.
And breathing out tension and stressful energy.
Letting go and releasing whatever needs to leave the body today.
