This brief sound journey is designed to help you slow down, integrate experiences or knowledge into the body, and relax. It's great for a quick break during the day or in preparation for sleep (especially if your mind has trouble slowing down at the end of the day!). It's recommended to listen with your eyes closed, either seated or lying down and, as you press play, simply bring gentle attention to the breath. The soundscape will guide you from there!
