Connect with silence to recognise yourself to be a reflection of the universe.

When met with resistance, It can be logical to use an equal or greater amount of force to overcome and conquer the obstacle. This is a misuse of our power if we wish to resolve the issue rather than destroy it. The universe is trying to teach you something and you think you just need to use force when in fact it's a call to practice patience, Compassion, And understanding. In this meditation, I'm going to guide you through connecting with silence to recognize yourself as a reflection of the universe and allow your natural, Unique, And true expression to be realized. Find a quiet place for your practice and do what you can to prevent distractions. Get comfortable in your meditative posture and activate your abdomen and back to maintain a relaxed, Upright spine. Place your hands on your knees or in a mudra of your choosing and slightly draw in your chin and rest your gaze on the space just ahead of you. If you prefer, Now is the time to close your eyes and mouth. Let's start by deeply breathing in through the nose and out through the nose. Rest your attention on the breathing cycle. It will be your anchor throughout this meditation. If thoughts arise, Acknowledge them and let them go. Simply return to the breath. Allow each inhalation and exhalation to bring you clear presence and awareness of your senses. Let your breath take you to the air. Give yourself permission to relax, Unwind, And allow the natural state of being open and positive to fill this space. Breathe in relaxation, Breathe out tension, Breathe in love, And let your breath take you to the air. Breathe in relaxation, Breathe out tension, Breathe in love, Breathe out courage. Breathe in relaxation, Breathe out tension, Breathe out courage. Breathe in relaxation, Breathe out tension, Breathe out courage. Breathe in relaxation, Breathe out tension, Breathe out courage. The Dalai Lama once said, Silence is sometimes the best answer. Silence is the gateway to understand anything. All the information of this universe is imprinted into our cells when we are created. We are born from the source from which everything comes from, And thus we have the ability to look within and connect with the space of silence for all the answers. It's like you've come to the party, Which is life, And upon entering you're given a party bag, Which is yourself, With some amazing gifts inside. Now it is up to you to open this package and discover that everything you'll ever need is already included. You merely need to discover and explore it. When you are presented with a question, Silence can show you the answer. Allowing your natural rhythmic breath to take place and sensing your body as it's simply resting in the present moment. What quality of awareness are you connected with? What quality of awareness are you connected with? Tune into the vast expansiveness of being in a state of silence. Are you able to notice that right now your entire being is in a space of being receptive? Normally you have something grabbing for your attention, For your time, For your energy, But here you're allowing the universe to be your reflection. Repeat this mantra after me. I am your reflection. I am an expression of the creator. I am a reflection of the universe. I am an expression of the creator. I am an expression of the creator. I am an expression of the creator. I am one with everything. I recognize that the creator is within me. I am capable of anything. All the wisdom and light of this universe is available to me and most clear to me in this space. I am a reflection of the universe. I am an expression of the creator. I am one with everything. I am one with everything. I recognize that the creator is also within me. I am capable of anything. I am an expression of the creator. I am an expression of the creator. Stay connected with this awareness for a while. If anything comes up for the body or mind, Just acknowledge them and return to your breath in your open senses. Your awareness creates a space. This space is your experience of being here and now. This space is not ruled by thoughts or emotions. This space is coming closer to the universal consciousness. Focus on allowing your true expression to emerge from this space. It will come when it's ready. It may not be happening now or in an hour or even tomorrow, But it will happen. Time is not important here. Simply enjoy connecting with the universe and it will come. Trust in it. This is the sacred timing that will naturally arise from being in this sacred space. Your true nature, Your true gifts, Your true purpose will arise from this space. Notice how the silence connects you to everything and nothing. There is a calmness that opens your energy to the entire universe, Yet there is no attachment in this space. You are free. You are calm. You are reflecting the expression of the cosmos within your capacity of being human. There is nothing to manipulate or change or do right now. The silence is showing you the way to be clear. Continue emptying your mind and body if anything arises in this space. Your natural, Unique, And true expression will be realized in this space. In this silence. Take the next few moments to really trust in it. Relax in it and it will show you the way. This space is timeless. This space is infinite. It expands into the universe and goes on and on and on. This space is sacred. Allow this space of silence to expand with each breath. Breathe in. Breathe out. Place your gentle awareness upon going deeper and deeper into this experience. Completely let go of the outside world. Only pay attention to the inner, Vast space of consciousness. Feel every cell in your body melt away into this space. Allow each breath to take you deeper and deeper into this space of silence. When seeking an answer, This is the sacred space that will present it to you. When you're patient and quiet enough to listen, From the silence it will speak to you. This is the source from which all spiritual practices teach to go and listen. In the silence comes the sound of the Creator. What do you hear when you listen to the space of silence? As you are anchored in the present moment with your breath, And as you are deeply connected with the space of silence in the present moment, What quality of acceptance and love do you feel towards yourself? Do you feel any more or less loving within yourself? Do you feel any more or less resistance present within you? Can you sense the magnificence of the universe within your body and mind right now? Are you able to recognize yourself as part of the bigger picture? Can you look into the vast, Expansive darkness and see a reflection of yourself in it? Within the space of silence, How do you recognize yourself as a reflection of the universe? Is it clear yet? Are there any obstructions or challenges being presented to you? Are there any thoughts that disrupt you? Are there any body sensations that arise? If there's anything that comes up, Simply acknowledge it and return to the breath. Simply enjoy connecting with the space of silence. All of creation came from here. Your true nature, Your true gifts, Your true purpose will arise from this space. You learned throughout your life to keep so busy and entertained, To consume more than conserve, To talk more than listen. When you suddenly find yourself lost and unhappy, You can either turn outwards to drugs, Sex, Money, The material world, Etc. Or you can turn inward for what was already there, Is still there, And will always be there. Silence will forever be there for you like the greatest friend, Loyal and true and accepting. Within the silence, You find that you have the strength and courage to confront any obstacle in your path, To contemplate any wonder you've ever dreamed about. Within the silence, You can peacefully learn how to unlock your mind in order to reach and go beyond your wildest dreams. It starts with connecting to the space and cultivating an open and positive attitude that you can translate into your everyday activities. Allow the silence to show you the way. Silence.
