I want to share this special message with you.

It comes directly from a higher self.

Her name is Lovely.

Lovely wanted to remind you that you are the player of the experience,

Not the experience itself.

She says it's easy to know the difference.

You're either playing and having fun and cutting the game off at the end of the night,

Or you are living the character full time.

All day,

Every day,

And never coming back to who you truly are.

Today,

You have the option to live in your truth.

The experience is life.

And since life will exist,

Whether you exist in a body or not,

You are not life.

You are not the experience.

You are the observer,

The one playing the game,

Not the game itself.

This morning,

Start your day knowing who you are.

You are untouchable.

You are source energy.

You are a soul in a body having a temporary experience.

Today,

Have fun with life.

Smile at the shenanigans.

Laugh a little.

Explore a bit.

Create something,

Or perhaps just observe a flower.

But whatever you do,

Don't fall into the illusion that you are the character.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes.

Deep breath in as I count down to one.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Blow it out.

Another deep breath in.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Blow it out.

As you sit there,

Feel who you are.

Who you are right now was once a little girl or a little boy.

Try to find that feeling.

That feeling when you were a child.

Before any limitations were put on you.

It's still you.

You were never lost.

With no titles,

No characters.

It's just you.

It's just that undeniable feeling.

The one that's always been with you.

Take another deep breath in.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Blow it out.

Again,

Another deep breath.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Blow it out.

Be you today.

Play the game.

Not the character.

With much love.

Namaste.
