I would like to invite you to settle yourself into a comfortable position where you feel relaxed and alert.

So let's begin by lowering our gaze and relaxing our body.

And if it feels right,

You may gently and softly close your eyes.

Find your breath.

Let it bring you inward with its inhale and exhale.

Let's begin.

Take a deep breath inhale and exhale with the sigh letting go.

One more time inhale and one more time let's take a deep long in-breath inhale and letting it out with a sigh.

Let yourself be soothed by the natural breathing pattern of your body,

The rhythm of your body,

Expanding with your breath in and contracting with your breath out.

Expanding contracting expanding contracting.

Settle yourself into your body's rhythm.

Let it calm you.

Let it slow you down.

Let it help you to let go.

Let it bring you here to this breath to this moment.

You may have heard it lately the noise in your head.

I should be doing more it says.

I'm not doing enough.

You might be able to wave it away initially but the noise persists.

I should be doing this.

I should be doing that.

Just let go.

This noise can leave you feeling guilty,

Anxious or deeply judgmental about yourself.

The noise gets louder when we compare ourselves to others or when we expect perfection from ourselves,

But if you listen carefully,

You'll hear something beyond all the noises.

It comes upon you in the most subtle ways.

In the shower,

Just before you fall asleep,

In the loving words from a friend,

It's your inner voice,

Your true voice,

The true you and your inner voice knows the truth.

So take a deep breath in,

Let go and let her words rejuvenate you.

You're doing a great job,

Beautiful.

You don't need to do anything anymore.

You don't need to be anything anymore.

You are enough.

You are doing your best and when there is an opening for more,

I'll guide you there with tenderness,

Excitement and energy.

Not with the stress and guilt of a hail storm of shoulds because you are incredible and you're doing a great job right now.

To let go,

Bring your attention to your breath and with every breath in,

Imagine yourself breathing in grace,

Love and acceptance and with every breath out,

Imagine yourself letting go of the shame,

Guilt or perfection you may have been holding on to.

Breathe in love,

Breathe out guilt.

Breathe in grace,

Breathe out perfection.

Breathe in acceptance,

Breathe out shame.

Let's do that one more time.

Breathe in love,

Breathe out guilt.

Breathe in grace,

Breathe out perfection.

Breathe in acceptance,

Breathe out shame.

You're exactly where you need to be right now.

Just let go.

You are doing exactly what you need to be doing.

You're doing your best.

Select your inner voice and feel the calm,

The comfort,

The stillness,

The ease and peace.

Bring your awareness back to your normal breathing pattern and just notice the rise and fall in your chest,

In your belly.

See breathing in and out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

We'd like to invite you to slowly bring your awareness to where you are.

You may wiggle your toes,

Move your fingers and in your own time,

At your own pace,

Just gently and softly open your eyes.

Breathing still,

Noticing the calm around you.

This calm is going to be your friend all day.

You're surrounded by love,

You're at peace.

You're fulfilling your duties and living your purpose.

For life is beautiful and you're grateful for it.

Enjoy this moment and live every moment of today.
