As we just settle in,
Unless you're driving keep those eyes open but if you're anywhere else and you want to give your eyes a little bit of a rest from screen time or from work or just from daily stress please feel free to close down those eyes.
I'm just going to settle here for a moment just noticing how the body feels today when we choose to just send a little gratitude inwards,
Send a little love our own way instead of always pushing against ourselves or fighting against ourselves and we feel gratitude for what we have no matter how small but we feel grateful for the things,
People in our lives and we feel grateful for the sun or the moon or the wind and we begin to cherish our things and cherish the people around us that add happiness and joy into our day and we simply cherish this present moment as we breathe in softly,
Breathe out gently,
Knowing that we ourselves are enough and in this moment we have nothing to worry or fear knowing that in times of stress or worry or fear we can always come back to this feeling,
To this moment of calm that we find inside ourselves so as we ease out let's take one final deep breath to fully honour ourselves and our practice breathing in at your own pace and fully letting go,
Easing out gently,
Feeling free to open up the eyes whenever it's comfortable for you,
Gently rejoining your day
