Okay so wherever you are,
Don't need any fancy equipment for this,
Don't need to be sitting in any fancy positions.
We're just going to do three deep breaths and on the first exhale we're going to gently drop our shoulders,
The second exhale we're going to unclench our jaw and the third exhale we're going to slowly melt away the tension from our forehead down our face so we're going to really softly let our face just drop to a nice relaxed position.
We're going to do three cycles of this just in case there's any residual tension left and yeah should feel really really great.
So let's go ahead and take our first inhale and on the exhale let's gently drop those shoulders.
Second inhale,
Exhale let's unclench our jaw.
Third inhale and let's finally melt that tension away in our forehead.
Let's move to the second cycle.
First inhale and let's drop those shoulders in our exhale.
Second inhale and let's unclench our jaw on the exhale.
Third inhale and let's release the tension in our foreheads and face on this exhale.
And our third and final cycle let's go for our first inhale and gently drop those shoulders on the exhale.
Second inhale and gently unclench the jaw on the exhale.
Third and final inhale make it nice and juicy and release any tension in the face.
Let your jaw just drop,
Gently part your lips and bask in the yummy calm feeling that this brings you.
You can do this anytime that you feel tension arise again and the more that you do it the more easily you'll find that it becomes a habit.
