Let's begin as we always do,

By taking three nice gentle easy deep breaths.

With each breath we want to give ourselves the permission to relax,

To ease off,

To release any tension that doesn't belong to us.

Go ahead and unclench your jaw,

Gently drop your shoulders and allow yourself to just melt into the moment.

I invite you to silently repeat the next mantra.

I am doing the best that I can and my best is enough.

I have the strength to deal with this change.

I deserve this time to relax.

I am doing the best that I can and my best is enough.

I have the strength to deal with this change.

I deserve this time to relax.

Remember by taking this time to rebalance your system,

To calm your inner self,

To give your mind and body a rest for just a little while,

Let's gently guide ourselves back to our day by taking three bountiful,

Beautiful deep breaths.

With each breath we want to savour this feeling of calm,

Always knowing that we can come back to this moment anytime,

Any day and anywhere.
