Find a comfortable seated position and allow your eyes to close.
Become present in your body and with your body.
I invite you to give yourself this time as a gift to your own self.
Breathe in and become aware of your breath.
Breathe out and let go.
Focus fully on the sound of my voice and your inner experience.
Step inside your body with your awareness and give yourself permission to sense what you feel.
Now yawn and stretch.
Stretch and make any gentle movements with your body that help you cozy in and feel more at home within yourself.
Notice that each breath is like the ebb and flow of the ocean.
The exhalation is the ebb,
The outgoing phase,
When the tide drains away from the shore and the breath flows out of your body.
The inhalation is the flow,
The incoming phase,
When the water rises on the shore again and your breath fills and replenishes your body.
Tune in even more to the flow and ebb of your breath.
Imagine you are a dolphin gently swimming in the breath ocean that's all around you.
Sense that you are in the midst of this breath ocean of life with fresh,
Friendly air all around you in every direction.
And just as every drop of water in the ocean is part of the ocean,
So are you a part of this vast,
Welcoming breath ocean.
Feel your oneness with the infinite ocean.
Enjoy being comforted and nourished as you are floating in and on the vast,
Slow motion ocean of breath.
As you breathe in,
Imagine there's a knob like a dimmer dial in the center of your forehead.
As you breathe out,
Turn the dimmer knob until it clicks off.
Inhale and become aware of the dial in the center of your chest.
As you exhale,
Turn the dial lower until it is completely off.
As you breathe in,
Now bring your focus to the dimmer dial on your belly that you now slowly turn down until it clicks off.
Scan your body with your inner sensors and find an area that's calling for your attention.
Then direct the expansion of your inhalation into that area,
Which creates an inner massage.
And as you exhale,
Let all tension flow out of your body.
What do you feel in that area now?
Find another area in your wonderful body that would welcome an inner massage.
Use your intention and the expanding movement of your inhalation into that area to create the massage.
Then hold your breath for a moment and exhale,
Relaxing,
Releasing,
Letting go.
What sensations do you notice now in your body?
Let this slow motion wave of your breath ocean be your friendly companion as you bring your full awareness to the center of your chest and feel it with your heart.
Sense the middle of your chest to be in the center of all that is.
Tune into the areas outside your shoulders and extend your focus farther and farther away from the sides of your body,
Outwards into the expansive ocean that you are floating on and in.
Now bring your focus to the center of your head and rest your attention there.
Become more aware of the center of your head.
Bring your awareness to the area around your head in all directions into the vast,
Infinite breath ocean,
Extending farther and farther away.
How far can your awareness go?
Imagine that you are a dolphin gently swimming in this cozy ocean all around you.
Enjoy your deep sense of belonging and tune in to the peace and joy in this oneness.
Sense that as this dolphin,
You do less and are now simply floating on this buoyancy.
Savor letting go and being carried.
Let all things be as they are and simply be.
Allow a smile to emerge on your face,
Which lulls you into deeper enjoyment.
Imagine that every cell in your body is now smiling as you comfortably float.
Ride the wave of this slow motion breath in this moment.
Lead with your childlike sense of play and imagination.
Imagine a beautiful sun of radiant light up above you that is now bursting open and showering its healing light upon you.
Welcome that light in.
Feel it saturating,
Rejuvenating,
And healing every single cell in your body and every aspect of your being.
Your enthusiastic participation can greatly amplify the benefits you are receiving now.
Savor this light,
Which is aligning,
Harmonizing,
And synergizing you,
Which creates greater health,
Well-being,
And clarity on all levels.
Inhale,
And as you exhale,
Notice the dial on your belly and slowly inhale as you turn the dial up until it clicks fully on.
Breathe out,
And as you focus on the dial in the center of your chest,
And now inhale,
Turn the dial up until it's completely on.
Amplify your lightness and brightness.
Exhale,
And as you imagine the dial on your forehead,
Inhale,
Now turn the dial all the way on until the light within and around you is at full brightness.
Sense that you are filled and surrounded by radiant light and vibrant vitality.
Bask in this experience.
Begin to yawn and stretch,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
And feel yourself to be grounded and centered in your physical body.
As you are ready,
Feel free to slowly open your eyes and blink a few times,
Knowing that this is a fresh start with a new open portal of wonderful possibilities for you now.
