Welcome to this gratitude practice made especially for those seeking a higher existence,

A powerful existence of awareness,

Love,

And true thanksgiving.

Let's start by taking three deep breaths in and out.

Simply inhaling and exhaling.

Settling into the practice that awaits.

If you would like to quietly repeat each phrase to yourself,

Go ahead.

If you would like to repeat each phrase out loud,

Go ahead.

If you would simply like to listen and absorb,

Please go ahead.

It is your journey,

Your choice.

I am simply your guide.

Let's begin.

I am so grateful for the ability to breathe.

Every breath that I take is a gift.

I am so happy to have a body that carries me and keeps me alive.

Thank you.

I am thankful for the food and drink that I am blessed to have.

I am full of gratitude for the movement that my body is capable of.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for my family and my home,

My shelter from the elements,

My bed,

My source of comfort,

Safety,

And love.

Thank you for every single person in my circle of love.

Thank you for every negative being also.

There were lessons that I was able to learn from each one.

Thank you for my mind and the ability to think.

Thank you for my heart and the depths of compassion that I have for others.

Thank you.

I am so grateful for my community and country.

I am so happy to be an entrepreneur,

Employed,

Volunteering,

Or giving back to society in my own special way.

Thank you.

I am full of gratitude for my teachers,

Mentors,

Colleagues,

Everyone who has been a part of my journey.

Thank you.

I am thankful for my connections on earth,

For the love that I feel when I am with people.

Thank you for the trees,

The animals,

The plants,

The elements,

All parts of the earth.

I am deeply grateful.

I am grateful for my experiences in life,

The beautiful and the challenging ones.

I am who I am because of them.

Thank you for the births,

Deaths,

And changes throughout life.

They have taught me to value every moment and to live life to the fullest.

I am truly grateful for every single opportunity.

I am grateful for the beautiful angelic beings who have been in my life.

They are birds,

Lizards,

They are divine beings of unconditional love who have blessed my entire being.

I am beyond grateful for my children,

Whether born to me or not.

They are nieces,
