This is an invitation to let go of the day,

Open your heart and align your energy with abundance and serenity.

As you drift into sleep,

You'll gently plant the seeds of positive change,

Nurturing a life filled with balance,

Love and joy.

Allow these words and gentle visualizations to guide you inward,

Helping you create a world of calm and prosperity from the inside out.

So for now,

This is your time to relax,

Take a break,

Focus on your self-development and fully unwind.

It is a lovely moment that you have chosen to set down the business of the day.

The day is done and you can begin to distance yourself from any projects,

Concerns or worries.

I know you've given your best and right now there's no one wanting anything,

No one needing anything.

But you can give yourself permission to drift into a beautiful state of ease.

I am your guide and I have your best interest at heart.

I will begin the process of reprogramming your subconscious mind for success,

Happiness and fulfillment in all areas of your life.

All you need to do is trust the process and the universe,

As great things are coming your way very soon,

So we best get prepared to welcome them with open arms.

And just before we dive into the manifestation process,

We'll take a few moments to relax our entire body and mind.

So if you haven't already,

Gently closing down your eyes and make yourself very comfortable now.

Perhaps adjust your pillow for optimum comfort.

Smooth your cover and rest your arms gently by your sides.

Now take some nice,

Deep,

Cleansing breath.

Allow the breath out to be slightly longer than the in-breath.

Just use that out-breath to fully expel any remnants of the day.

Just focusing on the out-breath,

Pushing the breath out and follow it with a nice,

Cleansing breath in and a focused breath out,

Communicating to the parasympathetic nervous system.

Sending a gentle message that you are safe and all is well.

Just enjoying those calming breaths as a gift for you,

For your body and for your mind.

When the body relaxes,

So too can the mind begin to let go,

Begin to find peace.

Because there is nothing for you to do apart from listen to the gentle sound of my voice.

As I lead you into a very deep state of relaxation,

A step by step you can begin to let go of the everyday world and drift into a state of deep calm.

As I conjure tranquil images in your mind,

This is a time to focus on your future as you drift into sleep and you awaken in the morning feeling tranquil and happy,

Ready for the start of your amazing journey into the future that has already begun.

And without further ado,

I will take you with me to Dorset on the south coast of England,

To Durdal Dor,

A breathtaking limestone arch that juts into the sea on the Jurassic coast.

Formed over millions of years by erosion,

The sea gradually wore away the softer rock behind the harder limestone,

Leaving a majestic archway that looks sculpted by hand.

The beach itself is a sweeping curve of golden shingle framed by the steep cliffs and turquoise blue water and on sunny days like today,

The light sparkles on the surface of the sea.

When it's sunset,

When the sky glows pink and gold behind the arch,

Durdal Dor becomes otherworldly,

A timeless meeting of sea,

Sky and stone.

When you find yourself walking down the steps to the beach at Durdal Dor,

There is a handrail to help you feel secure and you can smell the unmistakable scent of the sea.

It's dusk in the late afternoon and the cliffs are bathed in a warm golden glow.

The sun hangs low over the horizon,

Its amber light spilling across the rugged limestone faces.

The once pale rock now burns with deep honey and amber tones,

Brushed with streaks of orange where the sunlight lingers.

As I count you down from ten to one,

You all fall into a deep state of relaxation.

Ten,

Down and down,

Deeper down.

Nine,

The more you let go,

The better you feel.

Eight,

Drifting and dreaming with my words.

Seven,

So lovely to release the day.

Six,

Fine,

Nothing to do but relax.

Four,

So peaceful now.

Three,

Deeply at ease.

Two,

Almost at the bottom now.

And one,

All the way down to that deeper,

Healthier level of the mind.

You are now standing on the beach,

Looking out at the glowing stone archway.

Or the ancient wisdom of the coast surrounding you,

The beauty of the golden light.

Looking out through the arch,

You can see the horizon blurred by sea mist.

The beach is peaceful and powerful as you stand before the glowing doorway,

Transformed by the late afternoon light into something otherworldly.

The golden cliffs behind you hum with energy and the air itself is charged,

Alive with possibility.

The sun's rays pour through the limestone arch,

Igniting the space in a radiant halo of light that shimmers between the physical and divine.

As you gaze at the doorway,

You sense it as more than stone.

It is a threshold,

A passage carved by time,

A nature that now opens into your own becoming.

The universe feels close here,

Its vast presence whispering through the rhythm of the waves.

Each crest and fall of the sea echoes with cosmic breath,
