This meditation focuses on abundance,
Health,
Wealth,
Joy,
And love.
Abundance can be health,
Self-care,
Focus on mind,
Body,
Spirit.
Abundance can be wealth,
Having plenty,
Not worrying about providing for self or family.
Abundance can be appreciation of simple pleasures,
Being grateful for all you have,
Gifts of nature,
Having an overflow of joy and love.
Imagine your abundant life.
Picture your abundant life in your mind as you sit here now in glorious detail using all five senses.
Picture your abundant life as if it were true for you in this moment.
How do you feel in your abundant life?
What do you notice in your body as you sit here and imagine your abundant life as if it were true for you today?
Savoring every detail.
Feel yourself filled with the light and energy of the universe,
Bringing you abundance.
You deserve this.
Soak it in.
Breathe in as deeply as you can,
Letting the air fill your nose,
Your lungs,
Breathing all the way down into your stomach,
Letting every cell fill with oxygen.
And hold that breath for just a moment before slowly releasing it.
And notice your next breath automatically comes,
Breathing in deeply,
Breathing in as long as you can,
Holding the second breath for a moment and also fully releasing this breath.
Try to stay focused in this moment using your breathing to center and ground you.
If thoughts come,
That is okay.
Your brain is designed to distract you.
In this moment,
You're taking a break for you to stay fully present.
You are taking time to center,
To focus,
To breathe.
And you are welcoming abundance in your life,
An overflow of all good things is coming to you.
Focus on the top of your head,
Feeling your scalp and trying to release the tension from your scalp,
Releasing the tightness in each of the tiny muscles in your face.
Let it go.
Relax your eyes.
Let your eyes rest.
Unclench your jaw.
Let your jaw relax.
Let your tongue rest loosely in your mouth.
Maybe you're noticing some tightness in your neck.
Perhaps you can breathe into the space and bring some release.
Relaxing your shoulders,
Feeling them drop down just a bit from your ears.
Feeling the tension release from your neck and your shoulders,
Opening your heart to receive the good energy the universe is sending you.
Be aware of the earth supporting you and feel your spine stretch taller and stronger with each breath in.
Feel your shoulders relaxed with each breath out.
Set down those things that do not serve you.
Let the earth hold those burdens that are too heavy for you to carry and feel your heart lift and open without the weight of your burdens.
Feeling your body sinking into the support of the earth with each breath out and feeling your spine straighten with each breath in,
Soaking in that power of the universe.
To make room for abundance,
You first release any limiting thoughts or beliefs you are holding.
You can have anything you dream.
Nothing is holding you back.
Anything is possible.
Please listen to the following affirmations.
Say them in your head as if they were true for you today and always.
I am enough.
The universe has my back.
I am changing.
I am surviving.
I am thriving.
I am strong.
I am unstoppable.
My potential is unlimited.
I am brave.
The times are challenging.
I am intelligent.
I am planful.

I am bold.
My potential is unlimited.
I am living in the present moment.
There are many distractions.
I am focused.
I am mindful.
I am breathing in.
I am breathing out.

Let nature inspire you and bring you joy.
Let your body absorb the good energy the universe is sending you.
Feel it vibrating around you as you move.
Feel yourself running.
Feel the solid earth beneath your feet supporting you.
Feel the wind taking away your illness and feel your aches and pains disappearing with each breath out notice each breath in fills every cell in your body with life and energy.
You are healthy.
Your body and your mind are strong.
As you run feel your body strengthen each muscle alive with the vibrations of the universe.
Let health take root and bring you freedom nourishment security and possibility.
Feel yourself skiing.
Feel the snow accelerating your momentum.
Feel your feet gliding you forward effortlessly.
Feel your ambition grow with your movement.
Notice yourself growing more bold as you ski.
You are fearless.
As you ski toward your goal feel wealth within your reach prosperity stability reward security generosity wealth.
Let wealth take root and bring you great adventures the security of a safe home and the means to share with others.
Feel yourself swimming.
Feel the water supporting you effortlessly.
Feel each kick propelling you toward your dream.
Feel your worries wash away with the waves.
Notice that you are lighter without your burdens.
You are lifted up.
You are lighter.
As you swim feel your heart swell with joy happiness abundance bliss.
Let joy take root and bring you an overflow of happiness optimism the ability to live fully in the present moment experiencing it with all five senses.
Feel yourself gardening.
Feel the warm soil in your hands releasing the tension in your fingers your arms.
Feel the tightness in your heart release and feel the sun feeding you good energy from the universe.
Feel your passion flourish as the flowers and vegetables around you take root and grow and notice that your garden inspires your heart chakra.
You are enough.
As you garden feel love for nature feel love for yourself and feel love for those you hold close in your heart.
Nourish yourself and your family.
Let love take root and bring you bliss self appreciation and unconditional acceptance.
Feel the fullness of love.
Imagine your dream in full color and sound.
Use all five senses to experience your dream.
Health.
Wealth.
Joy.
Love.
Abundance.
Open your heart to abundance.
It is yours once you reach for it.
Once you believe you can have abundance it will be possible.
It will be yours.
Dance.
Jump in waves.
Take long walks.
Listen to music.
Read books.
Eat vegetables.
Move your body.
Nourish your heart and your mind.
You are enough.
The universe has your back.
Open yourself to the good energy vibrating all around you.
You are abundant.
