Good morning.
Today is a beautiful day to start your journey to achieve your purpose.
Remember,
You only reach the top of the stairs if you first begin.
And when you do begin,
Your legs will keep moving and take you to where you belong.
Now close your eyes.
Find a comfortable seated position.
Now let us begin by taking a few deep breaths.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Remember if at any point during this meditation,
If your mind starts wandering,
Don't try to push it out.
Just let it go with the same ease it came in.
And get back to your breath.
Focus on the sound of your inhale and your exhale.
Your breath never abandons you.
So do not abandon your breath throughout this practice.
Think of a time in the past when you felt happy and proud of something you did.
Immerse yourself in this feeling.
Feel the positive energy radiating within you in that moment.
Now take a deep breath and travel to the future.
Think of a moment that would make you feel accomplished.
You have just achieved your dream.
How does it feel like?
Feel the energy and radiance coming out of you.
Now come back to this present moment.
Focus on your breathing.
Feel the heart that is keeping you alive.
Feel the sensation of temperature on your skin.
The breath you are taking in this moment is in this moment.
Not in the past,
Not in the future,
But in the now.
The action you take now will determine whether you've achieved the future you visualized.
Your heart is pumping in the now and not in the tomorrow.
Don't hold yourself back because of yesterday or leaving it to tomorrow.
They don't exist.
The only thing that matters is right now.
I hope you remember this and when you start in the now,
You will reach the top of the stairs,
Which has the future you visualized.
