Welcome to this guided breathwork and meditation exploration.
My name is Tyrell,
And I'll be your guide for today.
Before we get started,
I want to ensure that you are in a safe and comfortable place where you can be totally undistracted for the next 10 minutes.
If you need to take a moment to shift posture,
Position,
Find a comfortable seat,
Or laying down,
Please feel free to do so now.
We're gonna be moving some energy through the first two minutes of this exploration,
Breathing in and out through our mouth,
Bringing those breaths down into the belly,
And letting the exhales just fall away from us.
Taking a moment here to begin to settle in,
Adjusting your body to get any of that excess energy out.
Taking a deep breath in,
Down into your core.
Or letting it go with a sigh,
Ah,
Maybe a little bit of movement.
Setting that intention down in your core.
Where do you want to explore today?
What permission can you give yourself to move the breath rhythmically in and out,
Letting go of the mind,
Connecting and opening up deeper into the body.
Here we go with the inhale in,
Out,
Belly,
Chest,
Out,
Belly,
Chest,
Out,
In,
Out.
Just feeling the rhythm with these first few breaths.
If you need to move your shoulders,
Your hands,
Your arms,
Readjust.
That's your body inviting you in,
Opening up.
Bringing that breath a little bit deeper now.
Belly,
Chest,
Out,
Belly,
Chest,
Out.
And even now you may connect those two inhales and exhales,
A continuous movement from your core up to your throat.
In,
Out,
Belly,
Chest,
Out.
Belly,
Chest,
Out.
Take it a little bit deeper.
That's it.
What can you move?
We've just got a few more moments here.
Let those exhales fully go.
These are our last handful of breaths,
So really go for it here.
Remaining fully present with what's moving in the body.
Noticing what space is opening up.
Where can you soften and let go?
Staying with that breath hold,
If it's comfortable.
Whenever you're ready,
You can let that breath out with a sigh,
Maybe even pushing all of that air out of your lungs and then resting for a moment with empty lungs.
Letting your body take you a little bit deeper here.
Maybe noticing that energy beginning to build in the body.
Staying with that hold,
If you can.
Ooh.
As that energy builds,
Maybe you bring just a little bit of movement.
Staying with that stillness,
And then when you're ready,
Bring in that next inhale.
When you're ready,
Just return to a calm and slow,
Deep and nourishing breath.
Your body may guide you a little bit deeper here just by slowing down each inhale.
Letting that inhale travel from the very bottom of your pelvic floor all the way up to your throat.
Letting those exhales go so softly,
So gently.
Just taking a last moment to let go of your body.
Taking a moment here to appreciate the journey and the insights that came up along the way.
You can begin to start making your way back into your environment.
When you're ready,
If you need a little bit more time,
Just rest here.
I'd encourage you to grab a notebook and a pen or pencil and just take a couple of notes to conclude your experience.
Thank you.
Thank you.
