Hello and welcome.
This is the Alchemist Muse.
From the jungle of Bali.
In the morning,
Where there's all nature alive.
And I'm inviting you to listen and be part of this moment.
And do with me short breath meditation.
To bring you back.
Into a state of bliss and serenity.
So find a comfortable seat,
Best on a chair,
So you can ground your feet into the earth.
If you can,
Take off your shoes.
So you have more connection to that very earth that holds you.
You can rest your hands on your shins,
On your thighs,
Or in your lap.
Breathe in all the way,
Bringing the shoulders up to the ears.
Bringing tension into that shoulder,
Into that neck part,
And release with a sigh and let go of that tension.
Do that one more time,
Bringing the shoulders to the ears,
And on the exhale,
Dropping the shoulders.
One last time,
All the tension up into that part of the neck that is always tense.
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
Breathe in,
And breathe out.
Let go with a sigh,
Dropping the shoulders.
Maybe you can already feel how tension is released there in this part.
And continue to breathe.
And to relax.
Allowing your breath to fully flow through all your body.
Wherever you feel tension,
Breathe into that space right now Let it go with the exhale.
And I invite you to say to yourself silently,
I am whole.
I am healthy.
I am at peace.
I am whole.
I am healthy.
I am at peace.
I am whole.
I am healthy.
I am at peace.
Place the hand on your heart.
Thank yourself and this body and this life.
For this moment now.
For who you are.
For the day that may unfold blissfully and beautifully.
If you feel lost in that moment,
You can always come back to that meditation as many times as you need.
Breathe into your heart space.
Exhale with gentleness and gratitude.
And softly open your eyes again.
May this new world unfold for you.
May you experience this day with bliss and serenity.
