A gentle heart-opening meditation to set intentions and cultivate gratitude. Through guided breathwork and connection to your heartbeat, you'll create space to plant a meaningful wish or intention for what you'd like to nurture in your life. This practice invites you to slow down, find peace in the present moment, and reconnect with what truly matters. You'll close by acknowledging something you're grateful for and seeing the world around you with fresh eyes. Perfect for grounding yourself, opening your heart, and aligning with what you wish to manifest.

Hello,

This is Yannicka,

The alchemist muse.

Welcome to your little meditation session to open your heart space.

So find a comfortable seat.

Comfort is queen.

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

And let it go.

Do that one more time.

Take a deep breath in.

All the way.

And let it go.

Exhale through the mouth.

Continue breathing normally.

And watch and observe your breath.

Take a deep breath.

Do you remember how you were breathing before you took the deep breath?

Think about it for a moment,

If you remember.

And feel your breath flowing in and out of your nostrils.

Flowing all the way down.

Your throat.

Your chest into the belly.

And journeying back.

And as your breath journeys through your body,

Let the journey of the mind find peace in the breathing.

The inflow and outflow of your breath.

Let it calm the mind.

Let it soothe your heart and soul.

And I invite you to start breathing a little deeper now than you would usually breathe.

Not unnaturally deep,

But just a little bit deeper and slower.

With intention.

Feeling your breath and following it all the way.

In and out.

And pulling in and letting go.

Pulling in and letting go.

And now I invite you to place your right hand on your heart space.

Place it on your left chest.

And connect to your heart beating.

Okay.

Can you feel it pounding in your chest?

And what do you notice?

Is it fast or slow?

Is it a strong heartbeat or is it shallow?

Fragile?

Unnoticeable,

Almost.

Sometimes in life we feel unnoticeable.

We feel small and shallow.

Or we feel too fast,

Racing through life.

And in those moments,

We seek for the answers.

But the answer lies within us.

It lies in the gentle breath.

And in the space in between your breath.

Your in-breath and your out-breath.

The space in between holds the wisdom.

This is where chaos stops.

So braze into that space.

Feel into it.

Let your heart open with the inflow.

Have your breath open with the inhale.

And retreat with the exhale.

Let it find its natural rhythm.

Dancing together in harmony.

Breaths and heartbeat.

Heartbeat and breath.

As they dance the flow of life.

Follow it.

Follow it.

Let it take you on a journey.

And while you're breathing in and out of your heart space.

I invite you to make a wish.

Or set an intention for something that you would like to nurture more in your life.

Or invite to enter.

And plant this wish or this intention in your heart.

Now.

Seal it with the promise that you will not abandon yourself.

Seal it with your out-breath.

Let it go.

It's done already.

You've manifested it into your reality.

So let go and trust.

And now come back to your breath.

Come back to feeling.

The air in your belly and your chest.

Rising and falling.

Feel the connection of your body on the ground again.

Come back to the space.

To this body.

To the here and now.

To my voice.

To the sounds around you.

Lick your lips and swallow.

Remember the taste of life.

But a good one.

And then when you're ready.

Open your eyes and look around.

And notice something you haven't noticed before in a long time.

And now close your eyes again.

For a moment.

Place the right hand on your heart again.

Take a deep breath in.

And let it go.

And then think of something that you're really grateful for today.

Or in your life in general.

Think of one thing you're grateful for.

It can be something small or something big.

It can be anything.

If you can't think of anything,

Then maybe just be grateful for this moment now.

And then when you're ready.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

When you're ready.

And then when you're ready.

You can open your eyes.

And look around you.

And notice something else that you haven't noticed before or not in a long time.

And smile at it.

You can always come back to this meditation.

Or to your heart.

Or just to the smile right now.

Life is good.

All is well.

And you are too.

Have a great day.

Have a great day.
