This is an EFT tapping practice for self-doubt.

Finding a comfortable seated position,

Taking full responsibility for your well-being and coming to tap on the side of the hand,

Repeating out loud after me or finding any other words that resonate.

So tapping on the side of the hand,

Saying out loud this or something like this.

Even though I'm noticing the ways I doubt myself,

I choose to meet myself with compassion.

Even though I'm noticing all of this self-doubt,

I choose to love and honor myself as I am.

And even though my mind's telling me all the ways I can't do things or won't do things so that I'll never get better,

I choose to meet myself as I am here.

Tapping on the inside of the eyebrow points,

Just where the hair ends on the inner eyebrows there,

All of this doubt.

Tapping on the outside of the eyes,

Noticing all of this doubt in my system here now.

Tapping underneath the eyes,

Directly below the eyes.

This doubt feels like,

And just notice where in your system you can feel the doubt,

What color it might be,

What texture.

Tapping underneath the nose and just saying out loud what the doubt feels like in your body.

Tapping underneath the bottom lip,

I can feel all of this doubt.

Underneath the collarbones,

It feels like,

And just saying again,

The color,

The texture,

Just tracking this sensation in your body.

Underneath the armpits,

All of this doubt in my body.

Crown of the head,

Taking a deep breath in all the way through the body.

As you exhale,

Let the air go out of the mouth.

Tapping on the inner eyebrow points,

Noticing the stories my mind makes up about my capabilities.

Outside of the eyes,

Noticing the stories my mind makes up about what I can and can't do.

Tapping underneath the eyes,

Noticing this doubt in my mind.

Underneath the nose,

What if I can't do it?

Underneath the bottom lip,

And just finding a unique thought form to you that's related to doubt.

Notice something you're doubting yourself about and just say it out loud.

Tapping on the collarbone points,

This doubt.

Underneath the armpits,

All of this doubt.

Crown of the head,

All of this doubt is just trying to keep me safe.

The inside of the eyebrows,

Acknowledging that this is my mind trying to save me from failure.

Outside of the eyes,

I doubt my ability to do things so I don't even try.

Underneath the eyes,

I doubt my ability to do things so when I fail I'm not disheartened.

Underneath the nose,

I doubt my abilities so I don't have to feel defeated or like a failure.

Underneath the bottom lip,

But I know that the only way that I'm going to feel like a failure is if I don't try.

Underneath the collarbones,

I honour this doubt as a self-protection mechanism now.

Underneath the armpits,

Away my systems trying to keep me safe.

Crown of the head,

But I know that it's safe to feel.

Inside of the eyebrows,

I'm grateful for all of this doubt for keeping me safe.

Outside of the eyes,

But I wonder if there's another way that my system could keep me safe.

Underneath the eyes,

I wonder what else is possible for me.

Underneath the nose,

I wonder if I could try and fail and be okay with it.

Underneath the bottom lip,

I wonder if I could try and succeed and be okay with it.

Underneath the collarbones,

I wonder if I could try.

Underneath the armpits,

Maybe all I need to do is be curious about what is possible for me.

Crown of the head,

Deep breath in.

Let go of the air out of the mouth.

Tapping on the inner eyebrow points.

When I'm met with doubt inside of my system,

Inside of myself,

I wonder if I could welcome curiosity here.

Outside of the eyes,

When I notice a doubt,

I wonder if I could bring a gentle questioning into the scenario.

Underneath the eyes,

Maybe doubt could be a doorway to infinite possibilities.

Underneath the nose,

Any time I'm doubting and catching,

I wonder if I could question what is possible here.

Underneath the bottom lip,

Bring curiosity to the situation rather than lack or not enoughness.

Underneath the collarbones,

There's no need for me to doubt myself anymore.

Underneath the armpits,

Doubt is a doorway to endless possibilities,

To curiosity.

Crown of the head,

I'm open to new ways of being and thinking now.

Bringing the hands down onto your heart,

Your belly,

Your body somewhere,

And saying out loud something like,

I choose for doubt to be a doorway to curiosity.

I know that life is full of infinite possibilities.

Seeing whether there's any other truths that have arised from within your system here,

Giving them voice.

And actively now noticing what you were doubting before this tapping practice,

And seeing whether you could bring curiosity to the situation instead.

Noticing how you feel here now in relation to this situation,

The self-doubt in your system.

How strong it is now.

And when you're ready,

If your eyes aren't already opening,

Open,

Opening your eyes.

Feeling the weight of your body on the surface beneath you.

Thank you so much for joining me.
