I invite you to make yourself comfortable.

As you settle into your space for the night,

Allow yourself to be present,

Releasing the events of the day.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position that allows your body to feel safe and relax fully.

Close your eyes and let us take a cleansing breath together.

Inhaling slowly,

Filling your lungs with a sense of peace and openness.

Exhaling slowly,

Releasing any tension or worry.

With each breath,

Feel yourself drifting deeper into relaxation,

Supported and safe in this moment.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

Hold your breath for a moment at the top,

Exhale gently,

Each exhale is an opportunity.

To let go of negativity,

For each part of your body,

Offer gratitude for its role in your life's journey.

Acknowledge its efforts and the unique lessons and strengths each part brings.

As you offer gratitude to each part of your body,

Envision this thankfulness as a healing energy,

Especially for areas that may be facing challenges or not working as desired.

Allow your gratitude to envelop these parts in warmth and light,

Acknowledging that this positive energy is a powerful force for healing and comfort.

Trust in the healing power of appreciation and love.

Bring your awareness to your feet,

Noticing the sensations here.

Offer gratitude to your feet for their strength and resilience.
