So thank you so much for being here and opening your heart and your mind and your soul and your spirit to what is ready to emerge for you.
And in this space what's being called is that we are here to receive even more love.
When times are trying or when situations in our life are challenging,
Sometimes the only thing we can do is just stop and find a moment of peace in where we are right now.
So why don't we just just dive into that.
So take a moment and just allow yourself to get really comfortable in your body.
Taking some deep breaths in hold at the top and then exhale.
And on this next breath I want you to envision you're gonna breathe deeply in and you're gonna intend all the crud,
All the stuff that's bugging you or that's challenging,
You're just gonna exhale it like.
Taking another deep breath in.
Intending and focusing on the negative energy that is residing in you or around you.
Just let that go now.
Beautiful,

Taking another deep breath and imagining that you can begin to fill yourself up even more.
Imagine that you can start tapping in to the energy of the God or the universe source and just start pulling that into you now.
And with each breath you're going to envision that you're pulling it more down into the lower parts of your body.
So you're breathing in through your nose and pulling that beautiful divine energy all the way down.
Making one more deep breath.
Just notice if your body needs to make any adjustments.
Just allow yourself to do any release.
If there's anything tight or if you notice any thoughts that are still hanging on,
Just say go now.
Go now.
Go now.
And what I want you to remember today is that in every moment we can be a choice.
And so I want to say some statements and I want you to say them to yourself and feel them in your body.
Because words have power.
Words are frequency.
And we can change our frequency by changing the words we're using.
We can change our experience by changing what we focus on.
So I want you to say to yourself,
I am peace.
I choose to feel peace in this moment.
There is peace in my body now.
That's a big one.
Say that again.
There is peace in my body now.
I choose to send peace to the world.
I radiate peace and calm and the knowing that love is right here with me now.
I choose to be the expression of peace and love for all that who I encounter.
There is peace in my body now.
And I surround myself with those who choose peace.
Choose to notice moments of love,
Moments of joy.
Choose to notice where peace is present.
So in this moment,
I choose peace.
I want you to take another couple deep breaths.
Notice what's happening in your body now.
Notice the difference because you really are in charge of your state.
And whatever is happening in the world or in your life situation,
Just taking moments where you intentionally choose to remember to be peace,
To call in peace,
To find peace.
That's the hope.
That's what I wish for you.
So take another deep breath and bring yourself back into your body.
Back into the moment.
