Find a comfortable place for you to sit or to lie down.

Whatever you feel is best for you today.

Every day is a little bit different.

So make sure that you are honoring where you find yourself in this moment.

Bring all of your attention to the natural rhythm of the breath.

Feel the inhale and the exhale.

Feeling the expansion of the belly and the chest as you inhale and feeling as it contracts as you exhale.

Just being with the natural rhythm of the breath every time that the mind begins to wander,

Coming back to the natural rhythm of the inhale and the exhale.

Allowing yourself this gift of surrender,

Of letting go,

Allowing the sound of the music to take you away into a place of peace,

Contentment,

Connection.

Nowhere to be and nothing to do.

Just breathe.

If your mind has begun to take you on a trip somewhere out of the right here and right now,

Lovingly and gently,

Just come back to the natural rhythm of the inhalation and the exhalation.

Thoughts coming and thoughts going.

No connection to any one thought.

Allowing them to drift in and out,

Always coming back to the inhalation and the exhalation.

Feeling the natural rhythm of the breath,

Feeling the body being breathed.

All of your attention,

All of your awareness right here,

Right now.

Begin to deepen the breath,

Allowing the inhales to be a bit more full,

The exhalations more complete.

Bringing all of your awareness to the body,

Feeling the body where it is.

Bringing awareness by wiggling toes,

Touching the tips of the fingers to the tips of the thumbs.

Taking a nice deep inhale through the nose and sighing it out the mouth.

Bringing all of your attention,

All of your awareness back into the space where you find yourself.

And taking just a moment to fill your heart with gratitude.

Gratitude for this time for yourself and gratitude for all of the blessings that you have in your life.

Hear this message,

All is well.

In this moment,

All is well.

Namaste.
