This is a guided meditation for meeting your spirit guides.
Find a place to be comfortable sitting with both feet planted on the ground.
Allow the eyes to close.
Let's begin by taking nice,
Big,
Deep breaths.
Breathing in through the nose and sighing it out the mouth.
Twice more.
In this meditation,
You will create an intention to journey and meet with your spirit guides.
At this time,
Release all expectations and trust that whatever your experience today is,
It is exactly what you are ready to receive.
Bring all of your attention to the top of your head,
The crown chakra.
With each inhalation,
Allow a vision of beautiful,
White,
Crystalline light being drawn in through your crown chakra.
The white light of source energy.
With each exhalation,
Allow worry,
Doubt,
And fear to leave.
Continue this way for a few breaths,
Inhaling support,
Guidance,
And love.
Exhaling worry,
Doubt,
And fear.
If you find the mind taking you away from this visualization,
Gently draw it back,
Focusing completely on the breath.
Allow your feet to be firmly connected to the ground.
And imagine roots growing out of the bottom of your feet and going down into the soil.
Deep down into the earth,
Through every crack and crevice.
Deep into the rock,
Deep into the core of the earth,
As you feel firmly grounded to Mother Earth.
And now,
We will create an intention of communicating at the highest and purest level.
Within your own mind's eye,
Imagine a white,
Crystalline cloak being placed around your shoulders.
A robe fit for a queen or a king.
Feel the weight of this sparkling white robe,
Dazzling as though it is covered in the finest diamonds.
As you breathe,
This cloak feels both light and heavy on your body.
And you allow the sense of divine love protecting you and guiding you through this practice.
Silently,
Say to yourself,
I am open.
I am willing to receive the guidance and love from the spiritual realm.
Once again,
I am open.
I am willing to receive the guidance and love from the spiritual realm.
Take a nice,
Deep inhale and sigh it gently out the mouth.
Now,
Imagine that you are sitting on a wooden bench in a clearing,
Surrounded by woods,
Trees of all kinds.
See the different shades of green,
Surrounded by flowers,
All different types and colors.
Maybe even experiencing the scent of all the flowers surrounding you.
Breathe and experience clear,
Clean air with a slight aroma of florals all around you.
Notice any animals that are present.
Allow this vision to come easily and naturally.
Feel the warmth of the sun as it shines down on your face.
And allow a deep sense of safety,
Protection,
And an openness to receive love.
Feel the rays and warmth of the sun penetrating your cloak and warming your entire body.
Feel a deep sense of peace as you experience the breath breathing the body.
As you sit on your wooden bench with your hands on your lap and just looking up,
Experiencing the warmth of the sun.
Look around and take in the surroundings.
As you look,
You notice that in the distance there is a mountain.
As you look more closely at the mountain,
You see a small winding path coming down from the mountain.
And you see coming slowly down two light sources,
Two gleaming white lights.
They gradually wind their way down the path and come towards the woods where you are sitting in the clearing.
As they come closer,
They may begin to take shape or form,
Or maybe they remain as a gleaming white light.
Allow the vision to come easily.
You now notice that there is a fence with a gate.
The two light sources stop outside of the gate.
They wait for your permission to enter,
To enter into your sacred space.
If you feel ready,
Give your permission and allow the two light sources to come towards you.
Allow them to materialize in whatever way feels natural for you.
Allow the feeling of well-being,
Peace,
And calm to expand as they draw nearer to you.
Feel and experience within your own heart the knowing that you are in the presence of higher spiritual beings.
Knowing that these beautiful beings of light are here just for you in the way that feels natural for you.
Ask one of the guides to come closer.
Be with this guide for a moment.
Just breathe and be in its presence.
Now,
If it feels appropriate,
Ask this guide,
What is your name?
Breathe as you allow an understanding of a name to materialize,
Allowing it to come easily without effort.
If a name does not come,
Rest back and just be in the presence of this light being.
Notice any emotions or feelings or sensations that you may be experiencing as you make contact with this guide.
Notice if you get an aroma or a symbol.
Just allow and see what arises.
Now,
If it feels appropriate,
Ask the guide,
What is your purpose with me?
Allow the answer to come easily and effortlessly.
You can ask your guide any question that is burning upon your mind and you will receive an understanding of an answer from that guide.
You can ask anything and then allow the answer to come easily.
Once you have received this information,
Give thanks in whatever way feels natural for you.
And notice,
As this guide moves back and makes room for the second guide,
To move forward and be at your side.
Breathe and be with this guide.
Notice any different feelings or emotions as you sit with this guide.

Allow a name or a symbol or an image or a sensation to rise effortlessly.

Now,
Just breathe and be as the two light sources depart.
They go back through the gate and back up the mountain path,
Slowly disappearing into the distance until they vanish.
And once again,
You are sitting on your bench and feeling the warmth of the sunlight,
The comfort,
The sense of well being,
The peace,
Serenity.
Just breathe and be.
Take a nice deep inhale through the nose and a gentle sigh out the mouth.
Once again,
Inhale deeply and gently sigh it out.
Feel awareness of your body once again.
Sitting,
Feeling your feet on the ground,
Wiggle your toes,
Bringing yourself back fully and experiencing the breath,
Breathing the body.
You feel relaxed.
You feel calm.
You have a deep knowing that you will be able to take this feeling of well being with you throughout the rest of the day and into the evening.
Knowing that you are never alone.
You can develop this ability to tap into the spiritual realm and communicate with your guides at any time to receive answers and guidance in times of need.
You are deeply loved and supported.
Allow the eyes to open and take in your surroundings with a new sense.
Something has changed for you.
Allow this change to permeate through your entire being.
Breathe and feel the connection of all that is.
All is well.
