Welcome Your Authentic Self - Invite All Of You

There is nothing wrong with you.

You're not weird,

Crazy,

Or broken.

Unless we're all broken,

And maybe we are.

You came to this world with this open heart,

Senses wide open,

Receiving the world.

But like every other child,

We had to endure different kinds of hardship.

We weren't seen enough.

We weren't taught how to deal with our emotions.

We were told that we shouldn't express ourselves this loud.

We were told that we weren't special and we shouldn't think so highly of ourselves.

And everybody did that with the best intentions.

With the intention of helping you survive a world that needs people to fit in.

But you are an adult now.

You have matured.

You're a grown-up.

And you can now take different decisions.

And tune into all these things that have caused you pain or trauma.

And slowly let the body tell you where they've stored all of that.

You can trust that you will be safe even if you show more of yourself and you express yourself as loud as you like.

And it will be uncomfortable in the beginning.

It's scary to bring yourself to this world that could judge you.

Being your authentic self feels so vulnerable.

But wow,

Life gets really good if you find the courage to bring that.

Can you imagine what your life would look like if you wouldn't be held back anymore by your fear of judgment?

By your fear of not being enough?

By your fear of not doing enough?

You are not broken.

You are not weird.

You are not crazy.

You are a unique,

Beautiful soul that came to this world with unique gifts that we need.
