Welcome dear one.

Let's take a bit of time to get back into our feminine essence.

Take a few breaths to start.

Inhales through your nose and exhales through the mouth.

Open your mouth.

Let any sounds come out.

Take a few more of those.

Ah,

The feminine is all about expression,

So don't hold back.

And see if you maybe want to move a little bit.

We're going to take a seat.

Maybe there's some excessive energy that wants to come out before you take that seat.

Mmm,

And see how you can make this moment and this whole practice more pleasurable.

Mmm,

The feminine loves pleasure.

She's full of desires,

So let's follow that.

Give yourself what you're wanting,

What you're longing for.

Now take a seat.

It's really nice to actually sit with your sitting bones on the palms of your hand.

So maybe you want to slide your hands under your sitting bones and feel the shape of your sitting bones.

Feel how hard they are and the strength.

You sit on them all the time,

But we're not very aware of that.

And maybe you want to move a little bit,

So you make small circles over your hands.

And I don't want you to hurt yourself,

But it does help when you feel the sensations in your hand.

Mmm,

Wow,

That's the strength of you sitting.

I'm going to ask you to remove one of your hands very slowly,

So you can let that sitting bone sink into the seat and feel how that whole area,

All the tissue and the flesh around the sitting bone,

Follows the bone.

And notice the difference then between right and left.

And then I'll ask you to remove also your other hand very slowly.

There is time.

And feel how that part of your bum sinks into the seat.

And feel the center of your body,

Which is right in the middle between your sitting bones,

Your hip bones,

Your sacrum and your pubic bone,

Where your womb is,

The place where you create,

The place of wisdom.

That's your center.

Next,

I'll invite you to let your hands run over your skin.

So first,

Bring them to the sides of your hips,

Over your hip bones.

Maybe you want to move your skin a little bit or give a little squeeze.

We hold a lot of tension in our hips,

So it can be nice to give a firm touch.

And feel then the space between the hip bones,

The space between your hands right now.

It's huge.

So much of you.

It's beautiful.

And then start to make circular movements,

Starting from the tailbone,

Making circles while your sitting bones stay connected.

Maybe you can feel a kind of swirl movement going up from the sitting bone or from the tailbone,

All the way circulating around the spine.

And breathe.

With every inhale,

You can feel how your spine lengthens,

How you bring more energy and air into the body.

And with every exhale,

You can soften the spine and make yourself a little smaller.

Do this a few times.

Breathing in,

Expand.

And breathing out,

Surrender.

Are there any sounds that want to leave the body on the exhale?

Let them out.

Are there any movements that your face wants to make?

Maybe opening your mouth wide,

Dropping your jaw,

Sticking your tongue out.

Let it all happen.

Let the feminine express herself.

There's no need to stay small.

There's no need to be anything right now.

Just let the body lead you.

Now place one hand on your heart and one hand on your lower belly,

On your womb.

How does that feel?

Notice which connection is easier for you.

Is it easier to feel your hand on your heart or is it easier to feel your hand on your womb?

You can either keep them as they are or maybe you want to bring your other hand to the place where you have more connection or where you want more connection.

Now,

Most of the time it's easier for us to feel our body with the hand.

Maybe you can feel the movement of your breath,

Maybe the heat of the body.

But most of the time it's more difficult to actually feel the hand with the body.

So,

Can your chest or your belly feel that hand,

Feel the warmth of the hand,

Receive the hand?

And can they now exchange,

So truly receive each other?

So,

You can kind of pendulate between your hand and your belly or your hand and your chest.

See,

We can feel both at once.

Your feminine is so much about receiving,

Your ability to surrender,

Your openness to receive,

And your creativity and your intuition.

So,

Let's feel the sacredness of our wombs and our hearts.

There's so much to them.

We can guide our lives by following them,

Their directions.

So,

Through this touch right now and this attention and focus,

We're actually telling our wombs and our hearts that we're here.

We're here to follow and surrender to their guidance.

And maybe this is a moment where you can commit yourself to hearing the whispers of the body,

Of our wisdom,

And let ourselves be guided more.

So,

Out of our heads,

Into our bodies,

And following the directions of our wombs and hearts.

Now,

To close this practice,

I'm going to invite you to do one final breath.

To close this practice,

I'm going to invite you to do one final thing.

To really nourish and nurture our bodies.

Placing your fingertips on the top of your head,

On the crown,

And make the touch as soft and as light as you can.

It's almost like you are barely touching your skin.

And you're going to give all the love that you have in yourself,

All the love of this world,

Coming together in your fingertips.

And very slowly,

You're going to move your fingertips down from your crown,

Over your head,

Maybe your forehead,

Very gently,

Almost like the touch of a feather.

Your cheeks,

Your nose,

The sides of your head,

Your jaws.

Very,

Very slowly,

Gently dripping those fingertips down.

Your neck,

Your throat,

Your collarbones,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Your breasts,

Your ribs.

Go all the way down in your own pace,

And try to truly and fully receive that love that comes from your fingertips.

Let it land on the skin.

Let the skin absorb it into all the cells of your being.

A deep,

Deep nourishment.

A deep message from yourself to your body saying,

I see you.

I caress you.

I love you.

And I am here for you.

Let them go all the way down.

You can take your own pace for the rest of this exercise.

Or maybe you want to pause this recording and start again and do it over and over.

It's a beautiful practice to do naked as well,

To truly let your skin feel your fingertips,

Truly receive your own love and care.

You can keep going.

And at the end of your practice,

You can put your hand on your heart,

Your hand on your heart,

And one hand again on your womb,

And be present.

Notice how this has helped to soften yourself,

To soften your heart,

And to bring more pleasure into the body,

More awareness,

More presence,

More you.

Thank you for doing this practice with me,

And may you be encouraged to keep on tapping into your feminine energy so you can tune into the body,

Hear her whispers,

And follow her desires.
