Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
Close your eyes and take a moment to settle into your body.
This meditation will help you release tension and elevate your state to one of joy and serenity.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing all tension.
Feel your body becoming lighter with each exhale.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Reaching deep into the earth.
With each breath,
These roots go deeper,
Connecting you to the planet's nurturing energy.
You feel grounded,
Safe,
And supported.
Visualize a gentle warm light above your head.
This light represents pure love and happiness.
As it starts to pour down over you,
It touches any areas of tension or discomfort in your body or mind.
As this light touches these areas,
Feel the tension dissolving,
Being replaced by comfort and ease.
It's as if the light is washing away all worries,
Anxieties,
And stress.
Move your focus to your heart center,
Right in the middle of your chest.
Imagine a soft glowing light there,
Pulsating gently.
With each beat of your heart,
This light grows brighter and warmer.
As you breathe in,
This light expands,
Radiating love,
Joy,
And positivity.
As you breathe out,
Let go of any remaining tension or negative emotion,
Allowing the heart light to replace them with love and happiness.
Fill your inner being with this light.
Whisper to yourself,
Either aloud or in your mind,
I am at peace.
I am filled with joy and gratitude.
Every moment is a gift,
And I choose happiness.
Now,
Simply relax as you allow yourself to be bathed by the uplifting tones of the happy drum to cultivate more happiness within you.
Slowly,
Bring your awareness back to the room,
Wiggling your toes and fingers,
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Carrying with you the elevated state of happiness and the glowing heart light you have created.
