All right,
So let's take a good posture.
Allow our spine to be well elongated.
So when the structure of the body is well placed,
Everything can flow easily.
So as you feel your sitting bones well grounded,
As you feel you're making connection with the earth by really letting go of your hips,
At the same time feel the spine moving upward.
The tailbone is always rooting downward.
The spine is expanding upward.
You can even think of space in between the vertebrae.
Your hands are resting on your thighs with the thumb and index finger touching,
Palms down.
And allow the rest of your body just to soften.
Soften into stillness.
As you breathe in and out,
Allow the spontaneous movement of your energy.
Make sure you're releasing control.
Your face muscles are relaxed.
Your jaw is soft.
Your shoulders and arms are soft.
Your legs and hips are heavy.
It's almost as if your body is holding the posture effortlessly.
You're just witnessing your body in the posture.
Through the natural flow of awareness through all your body,
Feeling,
Sensing.
You are also naturally aware of your surroundings,
The sounds around you.
Have this feeling that there's really nothing to do besides resting in what you already are in this natural sense of being where you don't have to achieve anything.
You don't have to fix anything,
Neither control.
You just let everything be as it is.
There's no need to fix or control things.
You can experience everything as part of your own being.
Everything is an extension of yourself.
All the sounds,
All the feelings,
All the sensations,
Images,
Thoughts.
They are all part of your awareness.
You see,
There is no effort in being.
There's no effort in breathing.
There is no effort on your part when the heart beats.
Interesting huh?
There's so much going on within you.
It really requires none of your effort.
It just happens.
And you rest in being,
Experiencing your beingness.
You could describe this as resting in the heart,
Resting in the center of your being.
It's really not a physical place or either a specific location.
But it's more about being aware of your own existence.
Your own self.
Everything that you are has its origin in yourself.
Can you feel this power?
That naturally emanates in your being.
And makes your heart beat,
Makes your mind think.
Confuses the five senses.
In tantra it is said that there is a joy in just being,
Being aware.
There's an implicit joy in being what you are.
There's an autonomy.
That joy is always there.
No matter what's going on outside.
That joy is primordial.
No matter what's going on outside.
