Life,
As you know it,
Is a vast spectrum that includes all conscious states.
States that you consider pleasant,
Love,
Excitement,
Awe,
Fulfillment.
And also states that are commonly considered unpleasant,
Sadness,
Fear,
Shame,
The sense of not-enough-ness.
But I want to invite you today to consider that all of those states are valid.
All of these states are just a one note on a vast spectrum of consciousness.
One note,
One vibration.
And you can experience or hear any of those notes at some point of your life.
It doesn't mean that this is the only note and it doesn't mean that you have to listen to it for the rest of your life.
Like the piano that you are listening to right now,
Each note comes and goes and blends with the next one and next one,
Creating the music that we call human experience.
And right now,
I would like to invite you to shift back to the awareness that you are.
Awareness that experiences these notes.
The sound of music that you are hearing.
But also other notes that are present simultaneously,
Being accessible to your awareness.
Perhaps it is the experience of you breathing in and out.
Perhaps what comes to your awareness is your heartbeat,
Some bodily sensation,
Maybe a note of thinking or an emotional state.
Whatever appears on the canvas of your awareness,
Recognize it as valid.
It is okay to experience that in your awareness.
You are neither of these notes.
You are neither of these frequencies.
You simply observing them on the canvas of consciousness as the awareness that you are.
So right now,
I will give you a few moments to explore the vibrational spectrum of consciousness as it presents itself to you right now in your awareness.
And I will bring you back when the time is up.
And now,
It is time to consciously shift your awareness from wherever it was towards the notes of your physical senses and the spectrum of consciousness that represents your sight,
Your taste,
Your hearing,
Your smell and taste,
And finally,
Your touch and frequencies of your body as you perceive it in your awareness.
The boundaries of your physical body and how they connect with the rest of the spectrum as it is represented by the space around you,
The way you perceive it right now.
Every conscious experience represents a small part of the vast spectrum of consciousness and all of this is valid if you found any note,
Any frequency on that spectrum that you wish to revisit or tune into in the future,
Read a mental note,
Remember it and leave any other notes behind.
They still will be there if you need them.
And right now,
To conclude this process of conscious exploration of the vibrational spectrum,
Simply take one deep breath in through your nose,
Open your eyes and welcome back.
