You you you Just taking a moment to prepare for the transmission Often these moments of preparation make a very very big difference We're used to just quickly jumping into whichever situation reacting to the situation or addressing the situation without stepping back and taking a deep breath Often just doing The simplest of things breathing in and grounding yourself so that you're connected to the energy around you and within you allows you to make a better choice a choice that encompasses perspective and a connection So just taking a moment to breathe into your body Connect to your body And to just understand that your body is much more than just the physical aspect that you're aware of as you breathe in you're not just breathing in the oxygen and and the other qualities of breath that the physiology of your body depends on But you're also breathing in the energy so you're connecting creating a sense of embodiment that allows you to Recognize and to be in alignment or unity with this Aspect of yourself that is quite miraculous if you are in this deep connection with your body It's quite miraculous how you perceive reality and how you connect to reality Very often when you do this for the very first time you become aware of reality as you walk and just look into the sky you become aware.

That's the sky.
I haven't recognized the Infinity or the space that is within the sky.
I've just been so very focused on My thoughts or my feelings or my inner world It's difficult to relate to the embodiment.
That is the Connection that we have that is ourselves our physical body,
But also the earth the universe as we embody and Connect to the physical aspect of our structure.
We're also embodying the earth and the universe within ourselves in such a way where there is a recognition or an understanding a sense of alignment That helps us to move beyond the very self-centered perspective that the mind can get into just out of habit just out of Culture just out of social learning.
We sort of understand the world through The lens that we're perceiving everything through but that lens is just the lens Sometimes fails your truth and sometimes fails reality So it's very important to connect and embody what it means to be fully present to life and the energy of life and all aspects of life rather than just the perception part of ourselves And breathing in and breathing out and connecting to the breath but the universal breath rather than just the breath the mechanical breath that we're used to to survive we need to breathe to survive Connecting to the deeper aspect of the breath the breath the healing breath the breath of life itself As you breathe in and breathe out Just take a moment to sense this the stillness within your heart will reveal the spaciousness of what it means to be present in this way Giving yourself time being patient There's no need to push there is no need to struggle.
There is no need to try to get somewhere just relaxing into this sense of being as you flow into the moment and allow for an expansion an alignment that creates unity deep breath You Deep breath Just enjoying the sense of stillness Being very receptive and open to the energies the subtle energies that come your way That you connect to as you expand beyond the self beyond Just thinking in a conceptual way beyond just feeling the feelings expanding into the space Deep breath Open and receptive So So Deep breath if your mind wanders off this is part of just The sense of acceptance that allows for the mind to relax into the flow Accepting that the mind wanders off without struggling without needing to do anything just as soon as you recognize That is what the mind is doing Then expanding into the space Connecting to the spaciousness of your experience rather than focusing on just one aspect of your thinking You drop into this sense of connection unity Expanding into the space Breathing in Bringing this spaciousness within Breathing out letting go of those thoughts and feelings as you expand Into the oneness that is the unity the sacred unity that you can experience when letting go of all those Minor details that create a perception of reality Whether they be your thoughts or your feelings just letting them go And connecting to the unity of your experience the oneness within your experience Deep breath breathing in the spaciousness of the universe Relaxing into the state of expansion and elevation that allows you to just Be present to the flow Be present to the flow be present to the whole sense of Joy and well-being that is oneness.
That is unity the unity that creates this connection That you begin to recognize as you let go Of the thoughts as you let go of the feelings just Come back into this natural flow Now deep breath You You You Deep breath It's so wonderful to just be so receptive and so open to the gifts that are Abundant the many gifts within this flow this natural flow of unity abundant everywhere And it's just a matter of recognizing coming back to this state of remembrance Whereby as you remember that these gifts are just everywhere then you begin to recognize The energy that they transmit and so move closer connect to those gifts in a very natural way This process of letting go of thoughts letting go of feelings and connecting to the beautiful gifts Takes time There is no need to brush.
There is no need to push yourself.
There is no need to judge yourself if things don't quite flow simply just breathe in and be open to the state of expansion as you open yourself to The spaciousness the unity that is all around you deep breath letting go of thoughts And letting go of those feelings that may distract you You You You You You deep breath You You You You Deep breath You may wish to relax into this wonderful state of open receptivity For a few more moments integrating the experience So that you carry on with this intention Of being open and receptive to the energy of your breath the energy of being embodied here in a physical body and connected to the universe To the earth to all the planets connected as a physical embodiment of manifestation And connecting in this way by just respecting that you can give Yourself a moment to just breathe in and to take everything in to connect to everything to connect to this unity whenever you feel That your mind Is agitated or your feelings get triggered Throughout your day today just step back a little bit and breathe into the body and expand into this sense of unity into this sense of connection to the healing forces within the structure of the universe within this physical body that you're manifesting as a wonderful miracle within the elements of the earth within the universe itself You're embodied as you expand into the spaciousness of unity Thank you
