Inhale your breath,
Either breathing in through the nose or through the mouth.
Feel the fresh air coming in through your nostrils or through your mouth.
And feel the slightly warmer air leaving your body.
Just feel your breath.
Feel yourself breathing.
With the next in breath,
Try to connect even deeper within the ground.
Make your connection with your body through the ground you're sitting or lying.
And with the next inhalation,
Imagine to grow roots deep into the ground of the earth.
And with the next exhalation,
Bring up all this grounding energy into your body.
Breathing in and out.
And with the next in breath,
Move deeper into the ground.
And with the next out breath,
Inhale this energy distributed all over your body up into the toes of your finger.
Feel the grounding energy of the moment.
Take another full inhalation deep into your abdominal area and then breathe it out very calmly.
The invitation is to extend your out breath to the maximum and slow down your in breath.
Take one more deep inhalation and a calm exhalation.
