
Peaceful Way To End The Day Chakra Cleanse & Deep Relaxation

End your day with ease and grace... this guided journey assists you in letting go of all the tension and stress of the day, while progressively relaxing your whole body and guiding you in a visualization designed to support you in balancing and cleansing all 7 chakras. No bell at the end means you can choose to use this to slip into a deep and restful sleep.

Welcome to your peaceful way to end the day chakra cleanse,
Progressive relaxation and guided visualization.
This session was created for you,
For your relaxation,
Fulfillment and empowerment on all levels.
I'm Trina Brank and I will be your guide.
To set up,
Please turn off any phone ringers and make sure that you will not be interrupted.
You'll be entering a state of deep relaxation and it's important that this be protected so that you can gain the full benefit of the experience.
And so please do not drive or operate machinery while listening to this recording.
Now take a moment and get as comfortable as possible.
Remove any constrictive clothing,
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Adjust your pillows,
Take off any shoes,
Belts or glasses.
During this process you might stay awake or you might fall asleep.
Either way your inner mind will be listening and doing all the work.
There's nothing to do but relax and enjoy the deep relaxation that you'll be experiencing.
So now I invite you to just close your eyes and as you begin to relax,
Think of your body as limp and relaxed.
You notice that as you think of being relaxed,
You really become relaxed.
Notice how comfortable your body is beginning to feel.
Now take a big deep breath way down in your belly and let it go,
Feeling your breath coming out.
Whenever you're ready take another big deep breath and let it out.
Each breath leaves you more and more relaxed.
Now let your breathing slow down and each time you exhale say silently to yourself,
Relax.
Continue to breathe in and out saying relax as you exhale.
Each breath continues to bring increased relaxation.
Whenever your attention moves away from your breathing just return to saying relax.
Breathe naturally and calmly,
Releasing any tension or stress.
Just letting go.
Any stressful thoughts rushing through your mind just let them go.
Let them wind down.
Wind down and relax.
And now think of the muscles in your scalp and forehead growing very comfortable and relaxed.
Now your face can become relaxed too.
Your forehead becomes smooth as silk.
Smooth and relaxed.
Letting go of all the tension and worry.
Smooth and relaxed.
And your cheeks become smooth and relaxed.
Completely free of tension.
Your cheeks and forehead are smooth and relaxed and your jaw too lets go of that last bit of tension.
Your jaw hangs loose and relaxed.
Loose.
As the relaxation flows into your jaw and now your tongue and lips.
And as your jaw becomes completely loose and relaxed you might notice that your lips begin to part.
Very slightly.
They begin to part.
As you let go of that last bit of muscle tension.
Now bring your awareness to your neck and shoulders.
Notice how the relaxation begins to flow into your shoulders and neck.
And your shoulders might begin to droop and relax.
And your neck is getting loose and easy.
Very relaxed.
You might feel safe and calm.
And your shoulders droop as you let go of that last bit of muscle tension.
And now you can take another nice deep breath.
Way down in your belly.
In and out.
And your belly gently expands as you inhale.
Letting go and exhaling.
Feel that relaxation spread throughout your abdomen.
Your chest and your back.
Take another nice deep breath.
And as you do feel that air relax your chest and abdomen and back.
Feel that last bit of muscle tension leave your upper body.
Good.
Breathing deeply in.
Relaxing on the exhale.
Feel that relaxation spread through your pelvis.
Take another deep breath in.
And as you do feel the air relax your pelvis even further.
Feel that last bit of muscle tension draining from your lower abdomen and pelvis.
Now feel relaxation spread down through your legs.
Letting your legs become heavier and heavier.
More and more deeply relaxed.
Letting go of the muscle tension in your upper legs.
Letting go.
More and more deeply relaxed.
As your legs become heavier and heavier.
Your upper legs.
And then your lower legs.
Good.
And imagine your legs growing so heavy and relaxed.
And it feels so good.
Now you can feel that relaxation moving throughout your whole body.
From the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Every cell is relaxed and calm and quiet.
Your legs and arms are heavy and relaxed.
Good.
Your face is smooth and relaxed.
Your jaw hangs loosely.
Loosely.
Your neck and shoulders are relaxed.
Your shoulders droop.
Take another nice deep breath in.
And exhale.
And as you do your entire body is filled with peace,
Calm and relaxation.
Good.
Relaxing comfortably now.
Deeper and deeper.
And in the stillness going deeper still.
And the deeper you go the happier,
More joyful and free you begin to feel.
And the deeper you go the more peace,
The more calm you feel.
And now in this wonderful state of deep relaxation and calm I invite you to imagine or see or sense or feel that you're in a very beautiful forest.
With the trees all around.
Feeling a gentle breeze.
Carrying lovely refreshing forest smells.
And as you listen you can almost hear the birds and other natural sounds.
Just enjoying the way it feels in this place.
Then you notice a little path.
Your feet feel really good on this path.
You take the path and it leads you down into a small valley.
Easily,
Pleasantly down.
Down.
Down.
With every step taking you further down.
Walking on down until the path naturally opens out into a wide sunny meadow.
A place that feels very safe and calm.
Beautiful.
Alive and interesting.
Then you might look around and notice what you see.
Soft grasses swaying in the breeze.
Beautiful wildflowers filling the air with sweetness.
And interesting plants.
Hear the birds and the frogs singing.
Feel the ground beneath your feet supporting you.
Fully and completely.
And in this special place you can easily feel a strong connection with the earth.
Feel that pure and vital earth energy pleasurably pouring in through your feet.
Up through your ankles,
Calves and knees.
Bubbling up and in through your thighs and into your pelvis.
Nourishing and cleansing your whole pelvic bowl.
Filling it completely.
Just letting this lovely earth energy move through and up.
Bringing strength and stability and grounding.
And all the information that you need to know how to thrive on this planet right now keeps pouring in with all this beautiful energy.
Filling up the pelvic bowl.
Filling up and nourishing,
Cleansing,
Strengthening.
And the excess spilling over and back down.
Carrying any stagnant or old energies back to the earth for replenishment and renewal.
And release any energies no longer needed.
You might begin to feel lighter and lighter.
Freer and freer.
And as you let go,
Easily and effortlessly letting go,
You might let go of a little or you might let go of a lot.
Or you might even just let go of it all.
Knowing that everything you let go is able to go directly to wherever it will do the most good.
And anything that authentically belongs to you will return,
But this time renewed and refreshed and reorganized for greatest life vitality,
Fulfillment and satisfaction.
Just allowing this flow of earth energy to continue circulating now.
Nothing to do but just allow.
And enjoying the way it feels.
You can turn your attention to the top of your head.
Where you can feel that beautiful soft sunlight pleasantly pouring over you.
Softly warm.
It's almost as if you could feel the top of your head opening up and receiving the sunlight like a flower.
And you can feel it pouring in and traveling down your spine.
Radiating wholeness.
Radiating well-being.
Feeling a sense of golden peace and love all the way down the spine.
Coming all the way now down to the base of the spine.
And filling up the bowl of the pelvis with this shimmering,
Soft,
Beautiful golden light.
So mingling with the earth's energy,
Clearing and cleansing,
Nourishing and replenishing.
Carrying with it all that you ever needed.
Clearing in any perceived gaps.
Washing away whatever doesn't belong.
Leaving you feeling fantastic.
And as the pelvic bowl becomes filled up with this light,
That flow builds and moves upward.
Filling up through the lower abdomen.
Radiating wholeness.
Radiating well-being.
Clearing and cleansing.
Nourishing and replenishing as it goes.
Radiating that sense of golden peace and love.
And through that lower abdomen,
Up into the solar plexus.
Up into that solar plexus.
Radiating wholeness.
Radiating well-being.
Clearing and cleansing.
Nourishing and replenishing as it goes.
Radiating that sense of golden peace and love in the solar plexus.
Filling up the solar plexus.
And moving all the way up to the heart.
Radiating wholeness.
Radiating well-being.
Clearing and cleansing.
Nourishing and replenishing as it goes.
Feeling a sense of golden peace and love in the heart.
Just filling up that heart.
Bubbling up into the throat.
Radiating wholeness.
Radiating well-being.
Clearing and cleansing.
Nourishing and replenishing as it goes.
Radiating that sense of golden peace and love in the throat.
And up into the center of your head.
Radiating wholeness.
Radiating well-being.
Clearing and cleansing.
Nourishing and replenishing as it goes.

And up through the crown of your head.
Good.
Just notice that this beautiful golden light continues to radiate wholeness and well-being.
Clearing and cleansing.
Nourishing and replenishing as it goes.
Radiating that sense of golden peace and love in the crown.
Bringing such a sense of delight.
Spilling up and over like a fountain.
And all around.
All the way down to the ground.
Dropping down into the heart of the earth.
Way,
Way down.
Good.
And now notice this sense of golden peace and love.
This wholeness and well-being.
And imagine taking this feeling into your everyday life.
Notice how having this as your normal everyday way of being changes how you move through your life.
Whether you're doing something for fun and relaxation.
Or whether you're doing it for work.
You find that no matter where you are.
No matter who you're with,
You carry this golden peace and love.
This radiant wholeness and well-being.
And you can feel that coming to your life in this way.
Can change things for the better.
In some expected and unexpected ways.
Good.
And you might invite your unconscious mind to carry this golden peace and love.
To wherever in your past experience you might have been able to benefit from it.
Carrying this wholeness and well-being to your past experiences.
Transforming your experience of your past.
In surprising ways that reorganize awareness for new insight and healing.
And greater resourcefulness for the present moment.
Good.
And now feel that relaxation in every part of your body.
Staying aware of that relaxation and what it feels like in your body.
Good.
Just enjoying that relaxation.
And from now on,
Whenever you feel that you want to relax.
You'll be surprised at how much more readily and how quickly you're able to relax.

And you know that at any time in the future you can go back to that place deep within you.
And feel that relaxation.
That love.
That calm.
That peace.
That joy.
