Welcome to your ultimate well-being meditation.

Finding confidence through the breath of love.

This meditation is an invitation to connect with unconditional love.

To allow yourself to feel whatever comes and to step into your ultimate confidence and self-worth.

Begin by finding a comfortable seat or lying down if you prefer.

And if it feels safe enough,

Close your eyes.

Taking in a slow deep breath in through your nose and gently breathe out through your mouth.

And again,

Breathe in,

Filling the lungs and the belly and breathe out,

Softening and letting go.

And as you continue to breathe in this way,

Allow yourself to arrive more fully here.

Placing one hand on your belly,

As you breathe in,

Feel your belly rise gently.

And as you breathe out,

Feel it relax and release.

With each in-breath,

Imagine you are breathing in unconditional love.

A love that asks nothing of you.

A love that welcomes you exactly as you are.

Let that love fill your belly.

Let it fill your chest.

Let it fill your whole body.

Like a warm glow flowing through every part of you.

And as you breathe in this love,

Notice what feelings are here.

Maybe there's sadness,

Anger or fear.

Or maybe there's feelings of calmness.

Whatever appears,

Welcome it.

Keep breathing into your belly.

This breath is the breath of love.

As you breathe into the belly,

Let the love hold the feeling like a gentle embrace.

There's nothing to fix.

There's nothing to change.

Only space for what is.

And as you're breathing in this way,

Breathing in through the nose,

Into the belly and out through the mouth.

Making the breaths as smooth as possible.

Allowing the breath to support you in feeling all the feelings.

And as you breathe in this way,

Notice how feeling shifts when they are allowed.

Sadness softens when it's welcomed.

Anger quietens when it is heard.

And fear loosens when it feels held.

And you notice you are not your feelings.

Your feelings move through you.

But they are not who you are.

You are whole,

Complete and strong enough to hold whatever arises.

Breathe into that wholeness now.

Now imagine you're standing in front of a mirror.

At first,

Your eyes may go to old patterns of judgement.

But that's just a habit.

Look again.

See the strong,

Brave woman looking back at you.

Notice the light in her eyes.

The courage in her heart.

And the strength in her body.

Above you,

A golden light begins to shine.

It flows into your mind,

Filling you with calm and clarity.

It flows into your heart,

Filling you with love and confidence.

It flows into your arms and hands,

So that everything you touch carries courage.

And it flows into your legs and feet,

Grounding you to stand tall and steady.

This golden light is your confidence,

Your worth and your strength.

And it's always been within you.

You are simply remembering it now.

Now imagine the woman you are becoming.

She is calm.

She is confident.

She is free and she is loving.

See how she moves.

How she breathes.

How she speaks with ease.

Breathe into your belly and allow it to merge with you now.

She is not separate.

She has always been there.

And with every breath of love,

You step more fully into her confidence,

Her freedom and her joy.

Now take a deep,

Grounding breath into your belly and let it out slowly.

Place your hand on your heart and say to yourself,

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am brave.

I am loved.

And my confidence grows each time I choose love over fear.

And when you feel ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.

Bringing this love and confidence with you.
