So take a slow deep breath in.
Allowing yourself to breathe into the belly.
A slow deep breath in through the nose,
Into the belly,
And out through the mouth.
A slow deep breath in.
And a gentle release.
And as you're breathing this way,
Imagine a circle.
And this circle represents your life.
This circle is divided into different sections,
Like the slices of a wheel.
And each section represents something important in your life.
Relationships,
Health,
Work,
Finances,
Home,
Fun,
Spirituality,
Personal growth.
Without judgment,
Just notice which parts feel steady and strong right now.
And which parts feel out of balance.
Maybe feeling neglected,
Or maybe feeling heavy and weighing you down.
Keep breathing as you reflect on this.
There's no pressure to fix anything.
Just allow space for awareness.
Clarity comes not from thinking harder,
But from softening.
So take another breath.
Take a deep breath in.
In through the nose,
Into the belly,
And out through the mouth.
And let yourself be still.
Here's the one area of your life that gently calls for attention.
A quiet whisper from within.
Maybe your body longs for more rest.
Or your heart wants more connection.
Or your spirit needs space to play and dream again.
You don't need all the answers now.
All you need is this insight.
This gentle nudge is enough.
In this stillness,
Something inside you knows what matters.
And that knowing will guide your next step.
