Sometimes we're just stuck.

We feel or we want to be in that comfort zone.

We just want to stay there because we let our mind take control.

Our mind is not a bad thing.

Our mind is something amazing.

But we have to learn how to work with it.

Or we have to learn how to balance the heart and the mind.

So sometimes we stay in that comfort zone because we're scared.

And that's okay.

Because our mind tries to protect us all the time.

And it also tries to solve problems.

So by protecting us,

It doesn't let us do what we really want to do.

What our heart tells us to do.

So this podcast is to invite you to do something you've always wanted to do.

It's to tell you,

Hey,

Jump into the unknown.

And if you're listening,

It's to tell you to do it.

Even if it sounds scary,

I have no idea what you want to do.

But do it.

Do something that makes you happy,

That is going to make you proud of yourself.

Even if it's hugging a tree.

But stop thinking,

What are they going to say?

What are people going to say?

No.

Do something because you want to do it.

Even if it's going on a trip by yourself,

But you keep thinking,

No,

What are people going to think?

No.

Do it.

Do something for yourself.

And I know that you're listening and I know that you know what I'm talking about.

And I know it sounds scary because I've been there.

I think we all have.

But do it.

So today,

If you're listening and you just don't remember what I'm talking about,

Or you just don't remember what you want to do,

Or you don't know the risk that you have to take today after listening to this,

Not a big risk,

Maybe a small one,

Maybe walking barefoot,

Who knows?

But today,

Listen to your heart.

Because this is going to be a short meditation.

Sit up straight.

Close your eyes.

And focus on your breathing.

Focus on how your lungs expand while you breathe.

And how they feel when you're breathing out.

Take another deep breath in.

And a deep breath out.

Focus on your breathing for a couple of seconds.

And feel how your body starts relaxing.

And melting on the floor.

Take another deep breath in.

And out.

Now imagine you're walking barefoot.

How does it feel?

Now imagine you're walking on grass.

And there are trees all around you.

And you're just walking.

Feeling the grass between your toes,

The wind on your face.

You feel calm and relaxed.

And you find a tree that's just the right size,

The right color.

You start looking at it,

Looking at every detail.

And you just want to hug it.

You say thank you for its existence.

You hug it and you feel the energy of the tree.

And now you're going to ask the tree.

And it may sound crazy,

But you're going to talk to the tree and the tree's going to talk back.

You're going to ask it.

What's my next move?

What is holding me back?

Which figure is holding me back?

What do I have to do to get out of my comfort zone?

And the tree replies,

And just listen.

The first thing that the tree says is what you have to do.

Don't doubt.

Listen.

Hug the tree once more.

Say thanks for the information.

Let go.

Start walking again,

Feeling the grass between your toes.

Sit down.

Take another deep breath in and deep breath out.

Think the universe,

Or whoever you believe in,

For the messages.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

Listen.

Listen to yourself.

We always have the answers.
