Today,
Take a moment to just feel.
Feel the energy that you are.
When was the last time you just stopped and felt every single part of your body.
Not only that,
But you just filled yourself up with light.
This light is energy.
Light that will help you just move on and continue throughout your day.
I want to make this as short as I can so you can do it whenever you want to do it before you go to work in the morning,
In the afternoon,
At night.
And I know that long guided meditations get a little boring.
So just sit in a very comfortable position and close your eyes.
Or if you want you can lie down.
And today,
Just feel the energy that you are.
Just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Feel the air while it fills up every single particle of your body.
And feel the air when you breathe out.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
While you are breathing,
Feel the energy,
Feel the energy of the air,
How it fills up your throat,
Your nose,
Your head,
Your eyes.
Feel that air through your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your chest,
Your legs,
Your toes.
You are one with yourself.
And now I'm going to ask you to breathe in a white light.
Just imagine a white light coming inside your whole body while you're breathing in.
So a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Take another one and focus on your breathing.
This white light is going to purify you,
Give you all the energy that you need.
This white light is everything.
It's always available for us.
So when we're stressed out,
Angry,
Furious,
We feel the light.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Now you're going to breathe in peace.
If you don't know what that feels like,
Imagine your whole body relaxing.
And if you want,
You can smirk.
Smile a little and breathe out.
One more time.
Breathe in peace and breathe out peace.
While you're breathing,
Focus on your body.
Today,
Don't express gratitude.
What are you grateful for?
Just one thing.
And if it's the end of the day,
Remind yourself one thing that went well today.
If you had a good lunch,
You had a good walk,
Met someone new,
Think of the little things.
And if you're about to start your day,
Express one thing which you're grateful for.
Say a positive affirmation.
And just breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
One more time.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
And remember,
We are all part of a universe.
We are all energy and we're all connected to the light.
