The Mantra "I AM, I AM“ is a powerful tool to connect to your own truth and identity. It makes you aware of the infinity of your being and lets you relax into your own existence. Existential questions and thoughts of uncertainty and insecurity immediately vanish. This meditation allows you to feel grounded and secure. It provides you an anchor within yourself, which you can connect to anytime you need to. No matter how you feel or what happens to you, the most important thing is, that you are.
