Welcome to bliss,
Mindfulness,
Morning meditation.
We're going to find somewhere comfortable where we won't be disturbed.
Find a comfortable position,
Seated,
Lying down.
And when you feel safe and secure,
Warm.
We're going to start by concentrating on the breath,
Bringing our focus and attention to the full breath in and the full breath out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
We're not changing the breath.
We're just feeling into all the sensations of breathing,
Softly and gently,
At the start of this new day.
Feeling into the chest rising and falling with every breath.
Allow the exhale to soften the body and to clear the mind as we start on this meditation for this morning.
Just by focusing your attention now down to your feet,
Feeling into the toes,
The soles of the feet,
The arches,
The heel and the top of the foot.
You can sense a sun rising in the beautiful dawn sky and the sun starts to illuminate and touch the feet,
Warming the soles of the feet and creeping slowly over the toes and touching the top of the feet.
The feet feel nice and relaxed as this sun makes its way higher in the sky,
Illuminating the ankles,
Warming through the lower legs,
Reaching the top of the knees and coming into the sides,
This sun,
Beautiful warm glow rising up through the legs.
Feeling the muscles soften and melt as the sunlight and the rays hits the skin,
Warming the body from the outside in.
As the sun continues to rise in this beautiful dawn morning,
That sun moving up now through the hips,
Through the pelvis,
Feeling the warmth even into the seat bones,
The sunlight shimmering over the belly,
Over the navel and rising up,
Feeling the warmth sink through into the skin and illuminating every single organ,
Each cell of the body starting to become alive with this beautiful golden light.
Feel the sun make its way through the diaphragm and up into the chest as it creeps slowly past the ribs,
The lungs,
Through the heart,
Enjoying the warmth of the body relaxing as the sunlight starts to creep all the way up through the body.
Feeling the sun move past the chest into the shoulders and see that sunlight filtering down through the arms,
The elbows,
The wrists and the hands and watch as some beings start to filter out through each and every finger,
The arms are feeling lovely and relaxed,
Nice and calm and making their way as the sun starts to illuminate the neck,
The throat,
A lovely warm glow filtering through and slowly and surely the sun starts to touch the chin and the jaw relaxing the muscles in the face as it moves up through the mouth,
The lips,
The nose,
The ears,
The eyebrows and eyes,
The forehead and the top of the scalp,
The whole body now being touched by sunlight as the sun rises beginning of a new day,
You feel calm,
Warm,
Relaxed,
The body feels alive and just feeling to the sensations of bringing in this new day,
How the body feels let's set an intention for this new day,
Bringing love and gratitude and peace into this day focusing on the breath as the mind is settled following the breath in and out with ease I choose peace today,
I choose love today I choose gratitude today and focus on how they feel every time you repeat those words I choose peace today,
I choose love today I choose gratitude today,
Feel love and peace and gratitude float through the body,
Have a gentle smile across the lips and when you're ready,
Bringing yourself back out,
Relaxation and meditation,
Feeling into the fingers and toes I am ready to start the day
