This guided meditation will help you listen to your body, and any messages the painful parts want to share with you. When you've developed a 2-way communication with your body it will receive your intention for healing. You will experience loving, healing light radiating into the parts of your body you want to experience greater health, and it will respond.

Hi,

This is Victoria Loveland Cohen and here is a guided meditation for health and well-being.

So let's begin by taking some slow,

Deep breaths.

Close your eyes and begin to feel your breath moving through your body.

Feel it as a warm wave as it moves all the way from the top of your head all the way down through your body,

Relaxing every muscle as it goes.

Relaxing your face,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Moving down through your back and down into your arms,

Feeling that breath as a warm wave of relaxation moving down through your torso,

Feeling your tummy muscles relax,

Your lower back relaxing,

And finally feeling that warm wave flowing down into your hips,

Relaxing every muscle in your legs and all the way down out your toes.

You are completely relaxed now and open to the guidance here.

Now bring your attention to the area of your body that may be giving you trouble or that doesn't feel 100% right now.

Feel into the essence of this part of your body.

Open to the wisdom of your body.

There is intelligence in every cell,

Every function,

Every part of our bodies,

And now you consciously open to receive any message this part of your body is trying to communicate with you.

This organ or this part of your body has been trying to get your attention so now you're going to give it your full attention and listen to what it's trying to tell you.

So take a few moments now and just listen.

And now thank that part of your body for whatever message it may have shared with you.

As you continue to repeat this meditation the message will become clearer and clearer.

And now you want to consciously send that area of your body your love.

Consciously feel the love from your heart center pouring into this area of your body.

Feel the radiant waves of your abundant love infusing this area.

See this organ or area of your body as a vibrant center of omnipresent life,

Life energy glowing with radiant energy.

Feel this divine energy unfolding this part of your body and embracing it in radiant light.

Feel divine healing energy infusing every cell there.

Really feel it.

Feel that area glowing with the warmth of healing light.

Send thoughts of appreciation to this area of your body.

Appreciate how it has served you in your life.

If it has not been functioning well lately remember back to a time when it did function well.

Send your gratitude for all the days this part of your body worked beautifully.

All the times it worked in harmony with the trillions of other processes that occur every minute in your body without you even thinking about it.

Bless it for the ways it has served you.

Take a breath and feel this area now responding to your love.

It is receiving your love and appreciation and is responding now.

Feel that this area is now waking up.

It is waking up to the innate wholeness that has always been there.

It is waking up and blossoming like a flower feeling the loving radiant energy of the sun.

Wholeness is blossoming.

Life energy is being restored.

Healing is happening.

Take a few moments to feel yourself vibrating with gratitude that this is happening now.

Now before you return from this meditation consciously commit to taking any action following the wisdom that this part of your body has shared.

If the message was to make a shift in consciousness commit to making that shift in consciousness.

If it was to try a new healing modality take action to find that modality and try it.

If the message is that this part of your body is sending you is to make a shift in your lifestyle commit to making that shift in your lifestyle.

Now take a deep cleansing breath and begin to bring your awareness back into the room.

Begin to stretch your body.

Bless it.

Enjoy it.

Love it.

And when you're ready open your eyes and be fully present in the here and now.
