Hi,
I'm Vince.
Before the rhythm of the new week takes over,
Let's take these few minutes to pause,
Breathe,
And reset.
Sunday is a threshold.
It's the chance to intentionally release the weight of what's behind us and to create the lessons we've learned.
So we don't want to walk into tomorrow feeling cluttered or reactive.
This is your time to clear the state.
Find a position that signals to your nervous system that it is safe to let go.
Maybe that's sitting with your back supported or perhaps lying down.
Take a slow,
Deep inhale through your nose and a long,
Audible exhale through your mouth.
Bring your attention to your body.
Every week leaves a footprint as you can scan from your head down to your toes.
Notice where the last seven days are still living in you.
Do your shoulders feel like they're still carrying a Friday deadline?
Is there a lingering fatigue in your legs or tightness in your jaw?
Don't judge the tension.
Just offer it your breath.
Imagine your breath is a warm wave washing over those tired areas.
Now gently review the week like a firm film playing at double speed.
Don't just get stuck on one scene.
Just observe.
Ask yourself,
What do I want to release from the past week?
Maybe it's a specific frustration,
A mistake you've been replaying,
Or just a general sense of busyness as you identify it.
Imagine setting it down on the floor beside you.
You don't need to carry it into Monday.
Now ask,
What do I want to carry forward?
Look for a small win,
A moment of resilience,
Or a spark of joy.
Let that be what fills the space you just cleared.
Let's move into a breath-based release.
You're going to inhale slowly,
Drawing in fresh,
Neutral energy.
And as you exhale,
Imagine breathing out the residue of the week.
Let the breath be a literal cleansing.
If you have a journal nearby,
Or even just sit in the quiet of your mind,
Identify one thing from the last week you are grateful for.
It doesn't have to be big.
It could be a good cup of coffee,
Or a moment of connection.
Notice how naming that one thing changes the flavor of your current moment.
It anchors you in the present.
Feel the weight of your body.
You are here.
Past week is gone,
And the next has yet arrived.
You are in the stillness of the reset.
Take a final,
Long inhale.
Hold it for just a second at the top,
And release it slowly.
Notice if your mind feels a little lighter,
Your perspective a little wider,
And carry this calm,
Spacious awareness with you as you move through the rest of your evening.
You are ready for whatever comes next.
Thank yourself for taking this time to honor your journey,
And thank you for practicing with me.
The inner light in me sees the inner light in you.
Namaste.
