This is a sun and water sound meditation that should be done in the morning time. It is part of a nature series that combines our natural surroundings with meditation. In this technique, you will hear the sound of water flowing and will bring the sun energy into your body and your heart so that you are filled with the golden light energy of the sun. The meditation will close with you bringing this sun energy into your solar plexus chakra center to give you power and vitality for the day ahead.

Transcript

This is a short guided meditation where we embrace the rising sun in the early morning and we embrace the sound of the water rushing in the background.

So close your eyes,

Sit in a comfortable chair or lie down and choose a position that is comfortable for you.

Breathe in gently through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Continue to breathe in this gentle rhythmic way,

In through your nose and out through your mouth and feel your belly rise and fall like the waves of an ocean moving in and out or the sound of water rolling over rocks flowing ever downwards.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Belly rising,

Belly falling and embrace all sounds that come around you or through you.

Bring them in as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

And now visualize the sun or if you're outside in the sunshine,

Feel its warmth upon your body and you can visualize its warmth upon your body as you gently breathe in and breathe Allow the sun rays to penetrate your head,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your face,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your pelvis and your legs.

And now feel the sun penetrating your heart as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Feel the sun's golden light penetrating and surrounding your heart like a warm,

Gentle hand filling your heart up with its warm golden light and as you breathe in,

Feel the light expanding outwards from your heart,

Filling off all the corners of your body and then feel it expand outwards,

Encasing you and covering you in a golden bubble of light,

Of sunshine light surrounding your body and your aura which is like a bubble of energy three feet above you,

Below you and to each side of you.

Breathe in this warm golden sunlight energy into your heart and as you exhale,

Feel it expanding and surrounding you in a golden bubble.

Continue breathing like this for a few moments in silence together and slowly,

Slowly as you feel the warmth of the sun shining in your heart,

Feel it move down to the area just below your ribcage,

What we call the solar plexus,

The power center and as you breathe in,

Breathe in the power energy of the sun into your solar plexus,

Feel it strengthen you there,

Feel it give you power for the day ahead to do what needs to be done and breathe in and breathe out into that area and then gently wiggle your fingers and your toes or slowly open your eyes in a way that works well for you.

Breathing in the aliveness of the sun,

The aliveness of the world around you and carry this with you throughout your day.
