I'm going to guide you through a standing nature meditation.

This meditation can be done with your shoes on or off.

However taking your shoes off will allow for you to root deep into your practice.

If you are not able to be within nature at this time,

I still want to invite you to find a place,

Whether it is inside or outside,

Where you can stand comfortably for a 15 minute practice.

As you stand tall,

Feet firmly pressed into the earth.

Your toes spread,

Your arms out to your side,

With your palms facing up.

The web of your fingers spread,

Your shoulders behind your ears,

And imagining a string pulling taller and taller out the top of your crown.

If you feel safe to do so,

I want to invite you to close your eyes.

However standing in what could feel like a basic position,

I want for you to take time and find power within this space.

I want for you to start by taking a great big inhale in through your nose and let it fly out of your mouth.

We'll take another great big inhale in through our nose and just let it float out of your mouth.

Feel free to return to your natural breath.

No person,

Place,

Or thing has power over you.

You are free.

Everything you need is already planted within you.

With the web of your hands and feet stretched and firm,

I want for you to imagine your body swaying like a tree through the wind.

Know that if imagining your body swaying causes for you to actually move,

I want for you to only move slightly and safely.

As you continue breathing,

I want for you to allow for your mind to ponder upon those times where you were not so safe,

Strong,

Or stable,

Similar to the tree fluttering in the wind.

If you find yourself unable to think of a time where you were not so safe,

Strong,

Or stable,

I want for you to allow for yourself to think about the times when you were a child and there was a great big world around you.

I challenge you all to partner and be one of those friends and be the.

" As you begin to find stillness within your mind and body,

Allow for yourself to let those thoughts flow into the space around you.

I want for you to remember that you are safe right where you are.

As you continue breathing,

I want for you to absorb the energy,

Strength,

And nourishment from the earth and allow for it to root in through your fingers and toes and meet at your navel.

Your navel is your third chakra.

The center for personal power and self-esteem.

It is also called the Ram.

Send your breath to your third chakra within your navel and allow for your breath to light the fire within your third chakra which is your passion,

Power,

Desire,

And will.

I want for you to ponder upon what is holding you back from fully diving into your third chakra.

I want for you to remember that you are safe right where you are.

I want for you to remember that you are safe right where you are.

I want for you to remember that you are safe right where you are.

As you continue breathing and as we start to bring this meditation to a close,

I want for you to place your hands on your navel and repeat after me.
