Meditation At The Beach
Let’s meditate at the beach! This short yoga nidra uses imagery and sensations of the beach as a guide for body and breath sensing. With the waves, wind, sun, and sand as focal points, we ground in the body using a body scan. By sensitizing to how our breath naturally synchronizes with the waves, we become more deeply in tune with our True Nature beyond the boundaries of our body.
