Birdwatching Meditation
Join me in a meditation with birds! This short yoga nidra evokes imagery and sensations of being outdoors and birdwatching as a guide for body and breath sensing. We open our senses to the sounds and images of a forest alive with birds to ground in the present moment. By gazing at the animals around us, we let the boundaries of the body fall away to connect more deeply with our True Nature.
