This morning we turn toward clarity.
A mind may hold questions.
A heart may carry choices.
A path ahead may seem even uncertain.
But clarity is already within you.
And with stillness,
Breath and presence it rises like the sun through fog.
So close your eyes gently.
Let your body rest where it is.
Take a long,
Steady inhale through the nose.
And then exhale slowly through the mouth.
And again,
Inhale fully.
And then exhale fully.
So one more time,
Inhale.
And one more exhale.
Soft,
Steady and complete.
Now imagine standing on the edge of a wide,
Quiet lake.
The surface is covered in mist.
Shifting,
Swirling and clouding the view.
The mist is like clutter of the mind.
Too many thoughts and too many voices.
So take a slow inhale.
And with your exhale see the mist thinning.
And again,
Inhale.
And then exhale the mist dissolves further.
With each breath the more the lake appears.
Soon the mist clears completely.
The water is calm like glass.
The sky above is bright.
This is clarity.
Not forced,
Not chased.
Simply revealed when stillness is allowed.
So breathe here.
Inhale calm.
And then exhale clarity.
Inhale presence.
And then exhale focus.
Now bring to mind one choice.
One decision.
One question that lingers for you.
See it as a small stone in your hand.
Notice its weight.
Notice its shape.
And hold it gently without judgment.
You don't need the answer yet.
You only need to hold it for now.
Now imagine lowering the stone into the calm clear water of the lake.
And drops gently rippling outward.
The water remains calm.
The reflection remains steady.
The answer doesn't come in panic.
It comes in patience.
It rises like ripples moving back to the shore.
So breathe and watch the ripples.
Inhale patience.
And exhale trust.
Inhale openness.
And then exhale ease.
Now silently say to yourself.
The answer will come.

I see clearly in stillness.

Now imagine light shining down into the lake.
Golden light is bright and steady.
It illuminates the water.
The ripples and the depths below.
And with every breath the light reveals more.

This light is your own awareness.
It's always available.

And when you allow it,
It reveals what is hidden.
So rest here breathing light into the mind.
Breathing clarity into the heart.
And now see yourself stepping forward from the lake.
You walk along a path through the forest.
And at first the path splits into many directions.
So many choices.
So many voices.
So many possibilities.
It feels confusing.
But you pause.
And you breathe.
And as you breathe,
One path begins to glow softly.
And very steadily.
It doesn't shout out at you.
It doesn't even demand.
It simply shines with quiet certainty.
This is clarity.
This is your way.
Not chosen from fear.
Not chosen from hurry.
But chosen from calm.
So silently repeat to yourself.
