Leave your time to go. Get comfortable on your seat. Let your awareness move down into the body. Arriving in your body on this seat. Arriving in the here. Let go of following after the past. See if you can release the impulse to get involved in memory. In thinking about the past, Ruminating on the past. Let go of the mind that anticipates the future. The planning mind, The worrying mind. And arrive in the now at this very present time. Being present to just whatever you're experiencing. Notice your breath. This natural coming and going of breath. Breath without a breather. Rest here with your mind open. Heart open. Breath open. Ears open. Senses open. Really entering into this present moment of experience. Letting it all unfold without getting enmeshed with any of it. Being your experience, Whatever it is. Attaching in your experience. Now within this experience, This moment of being. Just notice, Is there a luminous quality to this experience? Or is it dark and obstructed? Is there a luminous quality to this moment of awareness? This very moment? Or is it dark? And if you see this luminous, Cognizant quality of experience, Just rest in that quality. Quality itself, Not the changing appearances, But the quality itself. Just rest in that. Be the luminosity of awareness. Be the luminosity of awareness. Now in this very present moment of experience, In this moment of awareness. What you are experiencing right now, Whatever it is. Is there a spaciousness permeating this experience? Is there a space in which this experience is happening? An openness that allows this experience to become manifest. Is there that openness? Or is this experience two-dimensional, Without any openness? Like a drawing on a piece of paper. If you notice this open, Spacious quality to your experience, Then rest in that. Be the space in which all of this is unfolding. Be the space in which all of this is unfolding. And now look at this immediate experience. This moment of awareness. And observe, Is there ever a moment when this display of thoughts and sensations, Feelings, Sounds, Appearances, Is there ever a moment when it ceases? Or is it a dynamic, Self-generating display that arises within your experience, Unimpededly, Unceasingly arising? Spontaneously creative. If you see this unceasing quality of awareness, Rest in that. Not in the appearances themselves, But in this unceasing generative quality of awareness. Like this two-dimensional image, This moment of awareness. And now notice are these qualities, The quality of luminosity, The quality of spaciousness and the quality of unimpededness distinct or are these three qualities inseparable? And beyond description. See if you can find the place of their inseparability and rest there. Unimpededness as luminous, Spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Now let go even of the thought, Luminosity, Spaciousness, Unimpededness. And enter into the place of just knowing this is primordially so. Feeling awareness recognize itself without effort. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded. Unimpededness as spacious, Unimpeded.

🙏 ♥️ 🙏 A concise practice/teaching. Lama Willa uses so simple easy to understand terms to get to the core. I make notes on the questions asked from Lama-la so I can sit longer with them when needed for me. For me her meditations and teachings are like a ocean of nectar/amrita. I'm so glad i found her

She asks the right questions. The point is not the answer but the asking and the space we can dwell in in the shadow of the question.
