Find a comfortable place.

Close your eyes and settle in.

Settle down and relax.

Focus your attention on your breath,

Breathing in and out,

Noticing the rhythmic movement of your breath.

Draw your attention to the muscles of your eyes.

Invite your eyes to relax.

Once your eyes are deeply relaxed,

Send a wave of relaxation through the body all the way down to the tips of your toes,

Allowing the entire body to relax.

Now imagine a peaceful place,

Allowing your mind to drift to this amazing place.

To see,

Hear and feel the relaxation of your relaxing place now.

When you're ready,

You can relax.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes and bring your awareness back to now.
