Welcome to this morning energy activation meditation,

Wherever you are,

Just allow yourself to relax,

To get comfortable,

Settle your body,

Let your hands rest gently,

And softly close your eyes.

Let's take three deep slow cleansing breaths,

Take a slow steady breath in through your nose,

And a long full breath out through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

And exhale fully,

Letting it all go.

One more time,

Big deep breath in,

There's no pressure to feel or do anything here,

Just allow yourself to relax into the moment,

Let your awareness drop into your body,

Feel the support beneath you holding your body,

Feel your breath moving through you,

Invite your body to soften with each exhale,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw,

The space between your eyes,

Your belly and your hips,

Feel your breath begin to wake your body up from the inside out,

Gently scan your body from head to toe,

Notice any areas of sleepiness or tension as you scan,

No judgement,

Just acknowledging each part of your body,

Let your awareness pass down your head,

Through your face,

Your neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Fingers,

Down your back,

Down your torso,

Through your hips,

Down your legs,

Knees,

Down into your feet and out through your toes,

Feel your whole body waking up,

Imagine a golden sun just appearing above the horizon at sunrise,

Feel its warm light beginning to glow within you just below your belly button,

Feel the light spread all the way down to your toes,

All the way up to your head,

This is your creative energy centre,

Your creative inner light.

With every inhale the sun begins to rise a little higher,

Glowing brighter,

Warmer,

Let it rise up into your solar plexus,

Into your heart,

Into your throat,

Into your head and above the top of your head,

Feel the golden light expanding through your whole body,

Feel it spilling down like a fountain from above your head all around you,

Down to the ground anchoring you into the earth,

All you can feel is this radiant glowing energy through every cell in your body,

Through every fibre of your being,

Feel it around your body stimulating and cleansing your energy field,

This light is you,

Your true essence,

The source of your vitality and your strength.

Visualise yourself moving through your day with this light moving through and around you,

Aligned with your own rhythm without any need for force,

Just by being you.

Now begin to deepen your breath,

Bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to your surroundings,

Gently find some movement in your hands and feet,

Take this light and this energy into your day and know that it is always with you.
