Okay,

So you're feeling some anxiety.

Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself in the quiet moments.

I am currently bringing my awareness to the present moment.

I am breathing in and out through my nose,

Feeling my chest rise and fall with each breath.

As I feel my body easing into this experience,

I release all tension.

I release the tension in my body and in my mind.

I feel safe right now.

I'm going to be okay.

I'm doing all the right things.

I'm taking a deep breath in and out of my nose.

I'm relaxing my face.

I'm willing to receive divine guidance and support right now.

I can self-regulate my body,

Mind,

And spirit.

I am okay.

I'm easing into this moment.

I recognize I am feeling overwhelmed.

I know I will get through this.

I know I will be okay.

I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I can handle all that life gives me.

I believe in myself to get through anything,

Including right now.

Sigh. Thank you for offering this calming meditation. I found the teacher’s voice and background music soothing. I appreciated the affirmations. They included many that I try and use but sometimes when I am in the middle of a full anxiety attack I struggle to remember. These felt like they were coming from a supportive friend. 💛
