The difference between an adept and an ordinary person is the amount of energy they hold, and their frequency. So let’s increase our frequency. We draw in prana to each chakra in turn, allowing Universal energy to flow in to lift us. Then it starts to flow outwards, benefitting everything it touches. Let's find a comfortable spot.

Having a little fidget find somewhere we can be still.

Arms and legs are comfortable at ease and we'll expand our spine a little bit as we inhale get a little bit taller and as we exhale we'll soften and get a little more comfortable.

Take a few deeper breaths as we settle as we become still as we take our attention inwards.

And let's feel how it feels to do that.

Let's use a cleansing breath to begin with.

Change the energy from the past and come into the present moment.

So when we're ready to exhale next we're going to blow as much air as we can out of our lungs through slightly pursed lips to empty our lungs as best we can and then we'll take a long smooth in breath filling the lower lungs the side of the lungs and the upper lungs and then we can let it all out comfortably.

After that we'll have a little rest.

Just noticing what effect that's had putting ourselves back in our upright and yet relaxed posture if we need to.

We'll do that once more if you would like to.

Blowing out the lung,

Let's keep the lungs in,

Let's blow out the air,

Blow out the air as much as we can exchanging all that stale air at the bottom of the lungs for fresh.

Inhaling fully as best we can without discomfort and resting.

Relaxing the shoulders.

We're going to prepare our energy system a little bit for connecting with this extra-universal energy.

So as we exhale let's allow our attention to flow down our spine out of our tailbone and into the earth beneath us grounding us with the earth connecting us with the earth inhaling from the earth through our spine all the way up to the infinity of the universe above us.

Exhale all the way back down through our spine into the earth.

Let's do that with comfortable breath,

No straining,

No forcing.

We can imagine that anywhere we like but we're going to let the energy flow from the earth,

Invite the energy to flow from the earth into our central column up into the sky.

Similarly invite the energy down from space from infinity from the universe into our energy system and down into the earth.

Tension flowing up and down as best we can.

See if we can feel that energy.

Releasing that visualization,

That practice.

We're going to think about our energy field.

However you're visualizing it that's what we work with.

So use your imagination.

We're going to adjust the size of it.

So that's maybe six inches or a foot beyond our outstretched arm.

So you might find it shrunken close to your body,

You might find it's dispersed far away from you.

Let's draw it in so it's a neat egg shape around us and you can do that any way you like,

Any way that feels right for you.

Imaginary arms pushing,

Shaping it.

Let's check for holes particularly at the back,

Smoothing it back into shape.

We're going to get an imaginary rag,

Some window cleaner and give the whole thing a polish.

The rainbow colours on our aura glow more brightly.

There's no smokiness or opacity.

And imagine it becoming cleaner and clearer.

And notice how it feels to do this.

Better.

Taking our attention to our root chakra,

Space at the base of our spine,

Often visualized as red.

We take the form of a cone that faces the earth beneath us.

We're going to allow the energy of the universe,

The prana,

The power that fills the entire universe to fall in towards our root chakra,

Like it's going downhill.

You can imagine any way you like but I like to imagine that as if red water is falling down a plug hole so it's swirling and spinning,

Swooshing into the center of that energy.

Let's not entirely use our imagination,

Let's see if we can feel,

Put our attention there as best we can.

The energy flowing in,

By forcing the energy once to.

At some point the energy center will start to radiate energy back out again.

So if that's not happening for you yet,

We'll wait until it does naturally,

Or at least until we visualize it happening without effort.

And then we'll use the breath,

In breath,

The energy flows in,

Out breath,

The energy flows out,

Radiates to the whole body and energy field.

Beautiful red light.

Energy flowing in with a relaxed in breath,

Exhaling energy flowing out to energize and lift our entire system.

And we'll notice how it feels to do that.

I'm going to take our attention into our sacral chakra now.

So that's about roughly halfway between our navel and our tailbone.

So if we imagine our central spine,

Our central column,

Sacral chakra radiates in a cone of orange light to the front and to the back.

It radiates all around but largely there's an energy focus to the front and back of this central column.

The point where those cones meet is the focus.

So let's invite in the prana.

It's going to flow in,

Fall in easily,

Comfortably.

If our mind is chattery and we're finding it difficult to focus,

Can we allow our mind to chatter and look beneath?

Almost as if we put our head,

Our attention underneath to the depths of ourself,

To our sacral chakra.

Orange flowing in to that center point on our central channel.

Feeling that as best we can.

Again at some point that energy is going to have filled up sufficiently,

That chakra and it's going to start to flow out again.

To energize our physical being,

Our energy bodies,

Every atom and wave of our being,

Being lifted to a higher frequency than before.

Inhale the energy,

Exhale the energy.

Thank you for energizing that part of me.

Let's move up to our solar plexus,

Our sternum,

Typically yellow,

Visualized as yellow.

Again,

Classically visualized as a cone facing the front and back of the body.

The point where it meets is the very center of the center of the energy center.

Let's put our attention there as best we can.

Invite in the universal energy.

It comes pouring in,

Beautiful yellow and we'll feel it as best we can.

When it's ready to,

That energy center will start to radiate some of that beautiful yellow light.

If that's not happened for us yet we'll wait until it does spontaneously.

On the relaxed inhalation then the energy flows in.

Comfortable exhalation,

It radiates out into our bodies and the energy is moving both ways simultaneously.

But we can use the breath to acknowledge both those directions.

Feeling that energy center as best we can.

And when we're ready we're going to move to the next energy center,

To the heart center.

Putting our focus onto the heart center,

Green or pink classically,

Take your pick,

Or even a bit of both.

Inviting in the prana,

Watching it flow in,

Feeling it flow in.

Let's make sure the breath and the body are still relaxed and comfortable.

You you you At some point we notice that that energy starts to flow outwards.

Beautiful green light flowing in as we inhale and out as we exhale.

Feeling if we can sense the qualities of the light,

Of that energy center.

You Let's move on,

Moving up to the throat chakra.

So this time it's blue,

Beautiful deep sky blue.

Imagine it any way you like.

Energy starting to flow in.

Let's place our attention there as best we can.

Feel this happen as best we can.

You At some point the energy starting to flow back out into our system.

You you Withdrawing in the energy and radiating beautiful blue.

Feeling that happen.

You you Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Let's move up again.

So the center of our head,

Let's see if we can put our attention in the center of our head.

So we can draw a line between the tops of our ears.

It connects with the central column that goes up and down our body.

On the third axis is front to back,

Eyebrow center to the back of our head.

Let's put our attention in that central spot as best we can.

Inviting in the energy purple feeling as much as visualizing.

Energy flowing in and out when it's ready.

Illuminating our body and our energy field.

Moving up once more to the crown.

This opens out above our head the thousand petal lotus inviting the energy in.

I imagine that as white and coloured sparkles but you can imagine it any way you like.

Energy flowing in both directions when it's ready to do so.

In and out with the breath.

Resting for a few moments.

See if we can get a sense of the whole body,

The whole energy field.

I wonder if it's changed since the beginning of the practice.

It's possible if we may feel a little overcharged but it's impossible to overdose.

We can let some of that energy out if we need to into the earth,

Into the sky.

So that we feel balanced,

Energised and comfortable.

We're slowly going to begin our transition back to our waking state of consciousness.

With a few deeper breaths.

Slowly mobilising the body.

We can return and recharge when we need to.

The energy is at birthright.

So moving our arms and legs with deeper breaths and having a stretch.

Giving our arms and legs and our body a bit of a rub if that helps invigorate our physical body.
