Make it a beautiful day.

Find a comfortable seat,

Your spine is long.

Draw your shoulders up to your ears and roll your shoulder blades down.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Begin to bring awareness to your breath.

Follow the gentle tide of your breath without altering.

Take a loving breath in and a loving breath out.

Breathe in love,

Exhale love.

As you inhale,

Let the golden light flow from your tailbone to the crown of your head and with your exhale the golden light flows from the crown of your head down to your tailbone.

A cosmic tide of prana is flowing within you.

Stay with your breath as it flows up and down your spine.

It is golden,

It is vibrant,

It is radiant.

As you follow your breath,

Imagine that you're standing outside in a field.

Wildflowers surround you as they gently sway in the cool breeze.

You feel your bare feet on the earth.

Your hands feel the wildflowers gently brushing on your skin.

You're standing in nature in a field full of colorful,

Vibrant wildflowers.

You raise your face up towards the sky to feel the warmth of the sun.

The smell of the wildflowers is in the air.

Your feet,

Your bare feet on the earth,

Grounding you.

You feel the energy flowing up through your body from your feet.

The warmth of the sun brings a smile to your face as you hear birds singing in the distance.

You stay with your breath as it flows.

Your breath is golden,

Your breath is vibrant,

Your breath is radiant.

A cosmic tide of prana flows from the crown of your head all the way to your grounding feet.

Your golden light flows from your tailbone to the crown of your head.

It is golden,

It is radiant,

It is vibrant.

A sense of calm washes over you.

You feel at peace.

You're energized,

You're grateful.

The earth grounds you,

The sun energizes you.

Slowly begin to become aware of your breath.

Your body is slowly breathing in,

Breathing out.

Without opening your eyes,

Become aware of your physical surroundings.

As your awareness comes back,

Deepen your breath.

When you're ready,

Stretch your arms overhead and slowly invite the rest of your day in.

Make it a beautiful day.
