Find a comfortable seat.

In a tall seat your spine is long,

Your shoulders are away from your ears.

Take a deep breath in as you crunch your shoulders up towards your ears and slowly exhale rolling your shoulders down your back.

As you go through your morning meditation begin to see yourself going about your day after this.

Visualise your day ahead.

See it play out exactly how you want it to go.

Feel your body grounded to the earth below you.

Allow your weight to sink down as you relax even more.

Visualise your day again happening just how you want it to go.

See yourself making good choices,

Making meaningful connections with others.

What do you want to happen in your day today?

Become aware of your arms resting heavy,

Your palms rested on your thighs or your hands in a mudra.

Allow your shoulders to drop down even more,

Releasing any tension in the body.

Come back to your visualisation.

See what you're doing in the afternoon now.

Are you taking opportunities and using them to your best advantage?

Are you helping others with your abundance?

Become aware of your feet now,

Resting comfortably below you.

How do your feet feel as you meditate?

Imagine all the places that your legs and feet are going to take you today.

See yourself moving about,

Each step grounding you and allowing you to stand taller,

Doing all the things you need and want to do effortlessly.

Become aware of your head balanced atop the spine.

Visualise yourself smiling throughout the day,

Speaking kind words to others as well as to yourself.

See yourself making positive decisions full of good energy.

Take a deep breath in,

Slowly exhale as you welcome in the day.
